They honestly don’t deserve even one star. These people had terrible attitudes and they didn’t even try to accommodate the manager Sandra and the associate Christian were the worse people I’ve ever dealt with at a pawn shop. Just go to a different pawn shop than this one you might have a chance of getting your moneys worth.

One star rating is being generous. Was just in store for loan (waste of time). Only 1 employee in sight. She was condescending, talked over me, and had a "yeah, whatever" attitude about anything I said. She sarcastically brought up my "history with them" - one item I didn't pick up years ago, which put me on their 'naughty' list, I guess. Other customer asked about something he was waiting on and got snapped at. No one who entered store was greeted or even acknowledged. I will never use any superpawn ever again and will warn my friends.

Always been treated fairly. Yeah the prices could be better, but it's a pawnshop. Their prices when you buy are pretty decent too. The folks are always lovely as well, willing to work within reasonable limits and time frame.

Need better training on testing Jewelry. Team members aren’t comfortable or confident about there decisions so they pass on items.

I was told I couldn't cancel layaway if I did they keep my 200 dollars.I. 2022 is going on I heard Of restocking fee but keep money paid is Robbery don't use layaway Plan

Ive been in Vegas for two years now. This SuperPawn store has been nothing but good to me. I never bought anything there that gave me a problem. Phenomenal customer service, loyal to consistent customers like myself.

They are a fricken ripp off! Wanted to give me $20.00 for a $300.00 berly used but well taken care of purse. The lady didn't even tried to check regular or used similar prices. When I told her that she didn't even checked her awnser is well my sister works in a micheal kors store and I can check prices but thats how much we are giving for purses.

I seem to always have to pawn my ps4. I always get it back in the condition i took it there in. Which is next to brand new except the fact that i have played on it. Good customer service. Im not sure how they are when it comes to working with people who don't have the money to things back but i will see today. My rating may chance due to my personal experience. Just don't go to the one on nellis they messed up my computer and ps3...they are good with working with you if you take the time to let them know that you would be a few days after the deadline late. They are veey kind.
