Check City E Craig Rd, Las Vegas

Years ago, this company at a different location left a bad taste in my mouth. But today that all changed thanks to Yasmine. Let me tell you something. When it comes to customer service she is top tier. I felt like I knew her for years. She is amazing at what she does. She is the reason I will be bringing my business back to check City. Kudos to Yasmine. She's the best.

Walking in I was greeted by Brittney. She was very kind and friendly, as well as very helpful. Knew the answer to every question I asked as I needed additional documents to further review a loan. Which with her help it was approved and thoroughly explained the options I had for scheduled payments. By far some of the best customer service I've had, sadly the max here is 5 stars otherwise I would of gave her 10.

I appreciate good customer service when I do business at places that I do not necessarily have to visit. There are more check cashing places than anyone could count but I prefer this location. Even if I am on the other side of town I will wait til I get here to cash my checks. Tiffany is top notch in her customer service and good attitude as well as the other girls at this location. They definitely help keep me as a customer at this location!

The branch mangers by the name Luis was extremely helpful. I’m differently referring all my friends to this location. Keep up the good work you n ur team!💯❤️

After running into an unexpected situation with payroll, I was in a huge bind with bills I needed to have paid that I would not have the funds for. Check city was one of them. After visiting the location on Craig and Lamb, Brittney was of great assistance in helping me out with my situation. She was able to extend me and put me on a payment plan to start 2 weeks from the current date of the situation. This was such a huge help for me and she was definitely understanding of my situation. Can't thank her and check city enough for their help!

Debra was amazingly patient, and helped me cash my check. I have been to pay day centers before, but they were dingy and unpleasant. This one was clean, adhered to COVID guidelines, and very nice!

I have been coming to check city since June of 2019 to cash my checks. Lillian has been the one to help me the most when I go and I would like to take time to say she is a very kind, respectful young lady and always has a smile on her face. I have dealt with her when she has been under the weather and also when she is very happy and she has always had a smile and great customer service 😀

I went into this check city on Craig/Lamb And i was helped by Jacqueline Rivas. She is a very kind, sweet and helpful person. I loved how she explain things to where i could understand what i need to do. I dont ever leave reviews but she really outdid herself with her amazing customer service. Thanks Jacqueline for making me feel welcomed and helping me out today.We really need more people like you in this world.

Came into Check City to cash a check and the ladies there were wonderful. Mitzzy helped me out very well in filling out the app and filling out the check. A thank you to Desiree too! KEEP THESE LADIES HERE! Don't rid of them.
