Let me tell you about this wonderful lady name Quaneshia. It's like God sent her to me. Cause I needed money for my bills like ASAP. I was laying in bed wondering what I was going to do. Jasmine standard reply was “Call in and we will let you know what your balance is”. She forgot to mention that I would be incurring $7.00 on a daily basis. I didn’t receive a paper copy of what I was signing up for so I didn’t know until I got home and attempted to read the e-signed documents. (And even then, I had to call back to the store to find out the password for reading the documents). Jasmine also didn’t tell me that I had 5 days to pay the loan off with no interest and most importantly; Jasmine made me believe that I had to sign up for auto payment in order to get the loan. I called back the next morning to see if I could get some answers about my loan but of course Jasmine answered the phone and was annoyed that I had questions. I ended up calling another location a couple of days later and that is when I spoke to Minni. 🙂🙂🙂. Minni @ the Desert Inn & Maryland pkwy location is very knowledgeable, polite, and patient. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾. For anyone looking for a loan from CASH1, Go to the Desert Inn location and ask for Minni. Jasmine was an amazing help for me. I went to pay the remainder of my loan and to reloan. It had been 6 months and I had to update my info and she walked me through the process and even informed me I was able to get a possible approval for more on my loan.
