I have a title company located in Maryland and we have used Superior for some time and have had little issues here and there so continued with their service. Well, no more! I can't believe the disregard shown by them not only for a notary missing signatures on an actual Deed and recording docs, but another notary actually sent our entire package back to the lender even after we provided a FedEx label. We had to take it upon ourselves to make the necessary phone calls to get these items corrected as they offered no help in either situation. If you like running a proficient company and want to maintain your reputation with your clients, avoid using this company.

I highly recommend Superior Notary Services to all. Haley Utterback sent the notary Dan Arnold to sign home closing docs at our home in California. Dan, who arrived just on time and was nothing short of professional, pleasant and super patient. He took the time to briefly explain each page he handed us to sign and waited patiently while we called the Title Co for some clarifications on the docs. Had a remote closing. Superior Notary Services was selected to assist us because we are not able to receive closing documents electronically, print them and go to a notary. Service person (Jeremy) responded with us along the way to set expectations and timing of his arrival. Remote closing went smooth.
