Smaller than it looks. My wife and I went to check it out as we pass it by from time to time. We received a warm welcome. Found 1 thing to buy and went to the counter to wait for someone to check us out. And there we waited. We can see at least 5 people working there but waited awhile before someone realized no one was helping us. 2 guys put their phones down to walk over and say "oh I thought she was helping you". She who? We paid and left. Not much there unless you want a gun or tools.

For many years now that I have either shopped or pawned items at Pawn 380, has been nothing but outstanding customer service from all of their employees! They have reasonable prices, good inventory and offer cash loans. My family and I will keep coming here for years to come!!

Stopped by here on my way home the other day. They've got tons of tools for sale and lots of nice jewelry as well. The employees are very nice, polite & helpful. The store is very clean and tidy & they ask you to use hand sanitizer upon entering which I thought was very cool (helpful at keeping germs to a minimum). If your ever in the area stop by and check them out.

380 pawn is a great place for handling transfers. Everyone there is a pleasure to talk to and they always get you in and out in a hurry.

Very good experience returning a weapon. Was sold a 270 WSM , but was marked as a 270 WIN. It was a mutual mistake and was resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks 380 Pawn! Very good selection of tools as well

I was very impressed with all of the staff! The store itself is very inviting on the outside and then walking in, everyone was super friendly! I wasn’t going in to purchase at the time. I still had some research to do; however, their knowledge saved me further research and I was able to make a purchase. Great experience with amazing inventory!!!

Products are of all types & in great condition to choose from! Everyone says "Hello" by the time you have your two feet in the door with a big smile 😀 All of the staff are 100% knowledgeable on products & policies and any questions a customer may have. They all take their jobs seriously and it shows!

I love Highway 380 Pawn, they have good products for a fair price. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoy going there to browse because you never know what is going to show up. Best Pawn shop around! You can't miss them with the stunning gigantic American and Texas flags.

Walking someone from the staff is saying hellion welcome. They treat all customers fairly and most are on a first name basis. The store is clean spacious and i recommend if you ever need a loan to make the trip to 380 pawn

I highly recommend HWY 380 Pawn. I have been using them for over 3 years and they have always been amazing to work with. They are fair on price, beyond friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their face. They work with me on my payments and honestly have a family vibe to them. The facility is well organized and clean. So if you are in need of quick cash or simply looking for an item, these are your guys. You can’t ask for a better place to go or a friendlier staff. They really do care about their customers.

I went into the Shop this morning to pick up a delivery, and the ladies there helping were wonderful and helpful. Really enjoyed the conversation and it is a great store to browse through. The United States and Texas State Flags flying outside are always awesome, glad to have this shop in our community and city of Princeton!

This pawn shop is great! There aren’t many pawn shops in Collin County, yet alone ones that are worth going to. If you’re looking for tools, instruments, firearms, jewelry or just want to explore, check them out. A nice bonus, the employees are awesome and very helpful. Look for the giant American Flag. Awesome!! Not your normal pawn shop. The employees are super nice and easy to work with. Several times I was not able to pay on my last day of grace, and just called them and it was no issue. They asked how much longer I needed and they gave me the time with absolutely zero issue. They work with you instead of throwing your stuff on the shelf asap. They also have really good layaway system set up. This is the only pawn shop I will ever use!!!!! Edit:. Once again 380 Pawn has went above and beyond with their customer service. My item (very expensive) was pulled due to past-due payment and put on the shelf. Once I called them they immediately pulled it and reinstated my loan. I can assure you they lost a decent amount of money allowing me to keep my property. Thank you for being such good people.

Ordered a gun online and went it for the FFL transfer. They called the second the gun was delivered, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. The transfer fee is great as is, but they gave me a discount for being a first responder. Staff was easy to deal with and friendly. I will definitely be using them again.
