One would think all body shops are the same, however I will confess, The Body Shop in McKinney Texas takes collision repair to a whole different level. From the initial meeting, I felt as if they truly wanted to earn the business. My Service Advisor Joshua Keith was top notch. He always greeted me by name, and was always very professional. Additionally, they utilize an Application that keeps you informed of the entire process. As an added bonus, my car was completely 3 days earlier than expected. The Body Shop definitely gets two thumbs up:)

Gary has been in car repair business for 20+ years. Gary regularly works 12 hour days. Gary has seen it all. And while Gary may not always have that bubbly personality that you may want, what Gary and The Body Shop deliver are results. Regrettably, I’ve had 3 of my cars damaged over the past 4 months and have been comfortable and confident that it will get done to Gary’s exacting standards. In fact, I’ve chosen The Body Shop 2 times over past few years over Classic BMW. Their ability to paint match, flop and fitment to spec is remarkable. I’m very particular about my cars and Gary & co. have stepped up each time to get it right. So, if Gary doesn’t share the same sense of urgency with you, just know he probably has had 25 cars to manage in past week and knows there is only 1 way to get it done right.

brought my vehicle here after being hit by another car. They handled insurance for me and were extremely communicative about the repairs. They were super kind, attended to every detail, and overall were a phenomenal autobody shop to work with. truly cannot recommend anyone better.

I cannot say how incredible The Body Shop was to work with. By a stroke of luck on a terrible day, I had an accident near their business and was able to get my vehicle safely there. From the time I dropped the car off, until the time I picked it up- OUTSTANDING. Excellent customer service when I was rattled and unsure what to do, great updates and communications along the way, and my car was ready on time and came back to me looking brand new inside and out. I am so impressed! The Body Shop handled all of the details and communicated with my insurance so I didn’t have to. I hope I don’t have another accident but 5/5 recommend highly for anyone in need of work. Incredible service and customer experience end to end.

I went in to get a quote on some long overdue dents and dings that my vehicle had. They provided a fair price for the damages in no time and went over the details as to why it would be so costly, but I really respect their honesty in recommending that I'd get better value dollar-wise by doing a trade-in instead of getting it repaired. And they were right! After doing my research and hearing so much positive feedback about this repair shop, I'm glad I went in. And now, for future car repairs (not that I'm hoping to need them any time soon, hahaha!), I'll definitely do business here.

2012 Honda Pilot. Repair process is ok, and better than Toyota of Dallas. Used cheap aftermarket or chinese parts. The plastic chrome grill start to deform after about 2 months. Passenger headlight has water condensation during cold days covering 50% of lens area. I guess I have to live with it. Don't have time to bring the car to their shop and possibly leave it for few days, have to pay for a rental car, return rental car and pick up the car. That assumes they would accept the repair at all.

My BMW M4 got rear-ended by a hit and run driver last month and my insurance company recommended the Body Shop in McKinney. They did a good job communicating updates about parts availability, cost estimates and time to completion. They used original OEM parts and the paint job was matched to perfection so I commend them for excellent work quality and will definitely use them again if needed.

A coworker referred this placed to me and after reading the great reviews to took my car there for my front bumper repairs. I am extremely impress not only by the work, but how fast the repairs were completed. I brought my car to the McKinney location Wednesday 10/9/19 and it was ready by 10/14/19. Three business days is fairly quick for an auto accident repair. My Service Advisor was Rob Sutton and he was very straight forward speaking with me twice. Once with the initial estimate and second when my car was ready. I preferred this because he worked directly with my insurance company taking care of price and repairs between the himself and the insurance company. I am again extremely pleased with the repairs and was also given a lifetime warranty as long as I have the vehicle, hopefully I'll never need it. I recently had the opportunity to bring my car to the Body Shop III. Gary White did an excellent job taking care of me. I received an estimate of the work that would be performed the same day I brought my car in. He also provided a completion date and coordinated with my insurance company. Actually, he was able to have the car ready a day earlier. The work that was done exceeded my expectations. I would recommend The Body Shop III to any person needing collision repair work.

Excellent Service, Amazing Work! After being in an accident and getting sideswiped Honda Cars of McKinney referred me to The Body Shop in McKinney. Stating that is who they use for any body work needing to be done. I took my Honda CR-V in to get it looked at and taken care of. As I walked into the door I was welcomed and made to feel at home. Thy took the stress out of my visit and made things easier. After dealing with the other person’s insurance skipping out on the claim and having to change it to my insurance, The Body Shop made the change with ease and no problems at all. I received my car completed the other day and it was like new again! Thank you all at The Body Shop! I highly recommend their services for anyone in need.

The body shop did an excellent job on my 2017 Corvette Z06! A truck scraped my car and they did an amazing job fixing the paint! It looks brand spanking new! I am forever grateful for their expertise, professionalism and high-quality work. I will be sending everyone I know here!

TBS took Excellent care of my vehicle from scheduling an appointment to the delivery of my truck back to me. They my updated my on the progress of my repairs and delivered my truck back, good as new. I could not have expected such a positive customer service experience, but they delivered above and beyond. Their facility is clean and welcoming, their staff friendly and professional. They have earned my business for life.

Service was fantastic from start to finish! They kept us informed by text message every step of the way, and they were on time with their estimate of how long it would take. The office staff is exceptional and our service technician was awesome. Our car looks brand new and was detailed when we picked it up. Very very happy with our service. Highly recommend!

TL;DR Communication is poor to sub-par. Their repair work is really good. I need to preface that the repaired product was good, so it wouldn't be a fair review to leave that part out. Now on to the negatives: 1) Communication was sub-par. I was quoted a certain amount of time it would take to complete the project. Out of the three times the completion date got pushed back, I had to call them twice to find out. You'd think they would be the one to call me all three times. 1a) Communication amongst themselves was very poor. I was told "Your car will be ready on Saturday. We close at Noon so be sure you make it there by then." I show up around 10am to get my car and it's not ready. They said hopefully it'll be ready by Monday. Well, I already turned in my rental car because I was told, with confidence, that my car would be ready, for sure, on Saturday. It turns out my car "was ready" but wasn't moved to the proper "bay" to distinguish that it was ready. Whoever closed Friday evening didn't follow the directions of the lady who was assigned to my car. 1b) Communication. Again. They delivered my car to me that Monday as compensation for me going there on Saturday and it not being ready. I asked if I could test drive it just to make sure everything was fine. As soon as I pulled away from my house there's an obvious issue with the alignment. I noticed it in the first 30 feet I was driving. (By the way, that alignment issue wasn't there when I dropped it off or else I would have mentioned it.) Why didn't anyone say anything, or communicate that? Did they not test drive it to make sure everything was working fine? Did the gentleman who delivered my car not notice the obvious excessive drifting to the right? Or did they just not want to say anything about it and hope I wouldn't notice? I'm not certain. 2) Lack of follow-through. I called the lady who was assigned to my case immediately when I noticed the bad alignment. She said she would contact my insurance company and get back to me. That was 11 weeks ago. Eleven. Weeks. 3) Unfortunate events vs. Incompetence. My car took longer than quoted to be fixed. Now, I'm not naive. I understand that things happen which can extend how long it takes to have the finished product. But the amount of things that happened as to why my car wasn't ready when it was quoted, and then pushed back, and pushed back again, is staggering. I was very surprised by my experience. I picked them to work on my vehicle due to the overwhelming positive reviews.

Allyson Tyler gave me the worst customer service in collision repair. She was never available when I called. She decided to not call me when the insurance was not covering all the damage done to my car. She made decisions on a hit and run accident that she was not in and argued with me on the damaged She took over a week to just get a bumper fixed. The car was then returned to me dirty with paint on the driver’s door. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They were very professional about the whole experience. Only thing I did not like was the experience at Enterprise rental carthats right there in the building. Getting a hold of a representative there was like an act of congress. No one answers the phone or calls you back.

The Body Shop Collision Repair led by Rob did an amazing job on my cadillac cts 2016 repairs after a pretty bad accident. They worked diligently and hard to get my car repaired with quality as well as a timely manner. They also covered my rental car for additional time due to circumstances out of their control with parts being shipped. I highly recommend them!! Thanks guys

Excellent service. Joel made this very easy for me and it was much appreciated. Car looks great. The paint matched the rest of the car. Joel even fixed a rattle that had nothing to do with why I brought it there. Super cool of him to help me out like that. Will absolutely do all my future business there.

The Body Shop took care of my Marshmallow (Scion XB)! She looks great! I was able to get a rental right there on site which saved me so much time! Joel Hill kept me informed of the progress and never made me feel I was imposing if I contacted him with questions. Everyone at The Body Shop are wonderful!!

Knock on wood but in the past 12 or so years our family has only been involved in 4 auto accidents that required collision repair. 3 of those 4 times I took the vehicle to The Body Shop Collision Repair in McKinney. The 4th time I took it to where the other driver’s insurance company recommended and that is a mistake I will not make again. I have never been disappointed with The Body Shop. I have dealt with both Joel Hill and most recently Gary White and have always been completely satisfied with both the service, communication and the quality of the repair. I don’t wish an auto accident on anyone, but if you have one, I strongly recommend The Body Shop Collision Repair in McKinney.

Just had some lifetime warranty work done with no problems. Owner and management give the "yes" to everything that was needed and that makes working with the service agents a breeze. Joel did a wonderful job and I'm leaving happy. Even washed and cleaned the car. TBS was recommended to me and I'll recommend them from now on.

An 18 wheeler retread came unglued and took out the right front quarter panel of my Landcruiser. I took it to The Body Shop (wouldn't consider trusting anyone else). I picked my car up yesterday and, as usual, the work was flawless.

I have been taking my car to this shop for years and love the staff! Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Shout out to Gary White for always making it a painless experience, great guy!! Take your car here, you won’t regret it!!
