I definitely would not recommend this bank, all of their other branches are very nice but I have never had a pleasant experience at this branch. They have messed up multiple deposits for me over the years, while other branches never seem to have the same issue as them. The people working at this bank seem to not care as much and use a different set of rules as the surrounding branches. Due to my last experience with this branch I am leaving the bank all together.

I am a long-time customer and have always been very pleased with the service at the Princeton location. They have solved every problem that I've had related to my account in the past. Just today I was facing a major issue with a company who had wrongly debited my account. Susan was immensely helpful and solved my problem. Thank you so much. This is a great bank!!

They used to be good, but recently a deposit hasn't gone through. And it seems they're never open or working. Terrible hours.

I have been to this branch three times recently and two of those have been poor experiences. I have tried to ask questions and have been cut off before I could finish my questions. Then given answers that do not relate to what I was trying to ask. Two different tellers were rude and disrespectful to the same degree. The customer service was not friendly or effective at answering my questions or concerns. I did have one positive experience with one teller. She was nice and very helpful. However, a bad experience can overshadow a positive experience. If you are like me and want a positive experience. If you are using Independent and you have time drive to another branch. I have always had positive experience in Farmersville, McKinney and Anna.

I have enjoyed working with this branch. Susan is always my goto person when I need assistance. She is great.

This is the worst bank ever in 3 months I have had my bank account emptied ( stolen ) and I have found out it is the banks falt. It takes them a month to return your money. They have no fraud prevention. Do not bank with this bank.

Have banked IFB for years, always great service and staff is friendly.

Not for sure why. But ATM was gone. But still good bank.
