I went to sell a a few pieces of jewelry .(14k bracelet, 14k gold hoop earrings and a 14 k old boyfriends garnet ring) I had done some price shopping previous to going to superior Exchange . I first went to good ole toms , the woman who helped me was personable and professional and she answered all of my questions but told me she was only able to give me $100 for all 3 pieces . I decided to shop around some more and then went to Superior Exchange I met the owner Junior. He was also professional , personable and answered all of my questions . He evaluated my items And quoted me a price based on weight and calculated the items using today’s gold stock exchange price . His quote was over double what my previous offer was and And I decided to sell all 3 items for $ 239 . He also has many items In his store Power tools , jewelry , antiques, TVs and even musical instruments etc. Go shop around for your self and then go see Junior you will not be dis appointed !!!

I can't say anything bad about this place. My whole experience was great start to finish. JR was very knowledgeable and talked me through the experience. Top dollar was paid for the gold I brought in.

Horrible customer service and rude staff. Went in and asked about a couple of items and they got mad and didn’t even say bye after I said bye. They have good stuff for sale but horrible service.

I have had nothing but great experiences with both Paul Paul Jr. and his wife. They have always been willing to negotiate the pawn and give me what I need. I wouldn't deal with any other pawn shops. Thanks for everything Kim Prodoti
