Santander Bank Branch Grand Ave, New Haven

Worst experience of baking have I ever witnessed I went there to open up a savings account and they told me I had to make an appointment after I drove 20 miles to this location and the bank didn't close until 1hr and ahalf later....oh and by the way I'm African American and it's a Spanish bank

They have horrible customer service I was 157 miles from home and there was a unauthorized charge to my account that overdrafted the account due to a hotel error the hotel released the money so I called their customer service and they refuse to help me. I had to borrow money from strangers to survive .Its 4 days later and they still refuse to help me . Due yourselves a favor bank somewhere else

This bank is horrible. I only come here to pay my car note and literally I never have a wait time less than 15minutes. They regards for your time and are not very knowledgeable. Do better

Great experience! My husband and I went there today to open up an account. ED, the manager was just absolutely great! He’s extremely nice and is so willing to help. He made this experience for us great! He even held great conversation throughout the waiting time. He went over each step and even helped us set up our apps for the bank. Thank you Ed for your help. Great bank, Roxanne and Jenny are very professional bankers. Excellent payroll programs and the branch manager Josue is always there to help!

The employees are rude and always have bad attitudes. They're condescending. Some people barely speak English.
