Cristina Doolittle was the Licensed Title Agent working on the closing transaction of a vacant land in Punta Gorda. after 8 business days the real estate brokerage has not received their commission. Everytime you call to their office they are too busy to give answers and solutions. I dont recommend working with Suncoast One Title specially with North Point office. Actually most of title companys send commissions checks using priority mail overnight, they dont... it seems they dont care.

Well ... I have been in the Real Estate business here in Florida, for over 32 years. I have closed many transactions over these years. I’ve also coordinated these hundreds of closings with hundreds of Title Insurance companies, and Attorney firms, only because us Realtors can't always be able to choose the Closing company. In two words … the Suncoast One Title & Closings Associates I had the pleasure to work with were “very impressive”. I communicated a bit with Gail, however Katie and Cristina the most. All three were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Always thorough. Always keeping everyone involved updated with the transaction. Always going the extra mile. Always available by phone, which in today’s world … is almost unheard of. I realize we all need a paper trail of what we do, and what we say. However, to pick up the phone and have a short conversation on occasion, with the people you’ll be working with for a month or longer (or maybe for years) … is a great additional relationship layer for doing successful business. This closing was the second in two months and I have to say it was the nicest and most comfortable. Everything is explained in detail. During the time prior to closing they are always available for questions or concerns. Christine is genuine and professional. . She explains every piece of paperwork that you are signing and allows you to read and understand prior to signing. She does not rush thru the process. She is attentive to both the buyer and the seller equally. It was a pleasure to experience this closing as a seller. I highly recommend Suncoast One for all of your title needs. They provided service above and beyond any expectations. The staff is friendly and very responsive to their customers' needs. They have a sign on their counter that reads, " Come in, we're awesome." I can personally attest to the validity of this!
