He worked as the interface between us and the office to get our appointment scheduled when it was convenient to us! And he followed up with phone calls and emails. Doug made us feel like we were in good hands!

The entire staff it's easy to deal with and communicate well both by phone calls and emails and of course in person. The whole process was easy from start to finish Kama friendly and great service by all. And how can you beat it? After you close they even give you a free bottle of wine from a local Winery!
