    Great experience here thanks to the very capable assistance of Eli Cabrera. He was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. I really appreciate his efforts and am happy to be a member. I also had a excellent experience with Aray recently. He couldn't have been more helpful.

    Suncoast has always been excellent. It is always nice to see LaTonya and Yorenny. In my last visit to see Yorenny, Latonya was very pleasant when I went in and helped me set up my appointment to see Yorenny. Yorenny provided my dad and I with excellent customer service, explained things throughly, and answered my questions with kindness. Giving Suncoast, Latonya, and Yorenny five star and five diamonds.     Worst bank I've ever worked with. Over 30 min wait lines in person or over the phone. Switching banks.

    I spoke with the bank manager about GAP insurance. I asked for clarification about the paperwork process between the dealership and suncoast credit union. She seemed very annoyed that I was asking for her to please explain the terms and procedures. She did not explain and gave me an attitude. She just repeated herself but did not explain further. I waited in awkward silence for about 10 minutes while she typed on her computer. She is not friendly, helpful or considerate. I walked out of there and called the 1800 number and got the answers I needed. I went to another branch (Vanderbilt and 951) and the experience was wonderful.

    I bank here and I've never had an issue, so I suggested to my fiance that he go here to open a new bank account as well. Apparently an employee named Yania gave him a hard time and he left without an account. Went to Truist and they gave him one no problem. I have no idea what that employee's issue is but Suncoast should investigate since she's costing them business. It sounds to me like she's under trained or has a personal problem. As a member I'm highly disappointed.

    Leaving this branch I felt the need to write a review based on how smooth my experience was from start to finish. Even with it being a bit busy during lunch hour, Yorenny, was nice enough to help me best understand a lot of banking questions I haven’t had answered in years with previous institutions. Aside from that everyone was extremely friendly, not usual in a lot of banks. Will be coming back forsure!
