I went in to get an idea on how much I could get for my jewelry and JB was very helpful on pricing everything out. Rather than just offering a price he actually suggested I could do better selling on my own and then gave me the details so I could list it appropriately. He even googled an item to make sure I could get the best price. The store was clean and well lit and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Extremely helpful, honest, and professional. I spoke with Nigel; he put a mask on to serve me as I also had a mask on which I respect. He was honest with me about the price of my items and honest about how I could go about making more money by selling what I had to offer on eBay. Very professional and clean experience!

Every time there is any kind of mishap they go about rectifying everything right away at no cost to the customer something went wrong on a pond with my gun and they’re already ordering me a new one thank you so much guys! Amazing service and amazing knowledge over there.

I went in a couple days ago just to look at their inventory for guns(my first one btw).The workers there were very helpful and well educated and very patient when showing me and informing me about their new Glock 48. I left purchasing the gun. They made me feel comfortable with my decision and i will be coming back every other day to see what’s in store!!

JB and Mike are the reason I chose this establishment over others. Both are kind, intelligent and have a great professionalism about them and the way they conduct themselves that puts this store above all others.

No need to ever consider visiting another pawn shop after my great experiences here. Every team member is knowledgeable and super friendly. If you plan on buying a TV, come to Capital Pawn in Bonita as they have by far the best prices on used and even brand new TV's in all sizes. Amazon and Black Friday prices elsewhere can't beat their everyday price. They always have a great selection of new and used firearms too. I very well may do all my Christmas shopping there this year. The store is always clean and I can personally say that being a good, repeat customer pays off as you get cashback for purchases based on how much you spend or pawn.

Went in just to shop around and found a nice LV bag with the certificate and all, Branden was such a pleasure to work with highly recommend.

Don't sale them your gold bars because they don't do spot price. There is other gold exchanges nearby that will buy your gold for spot price . Make sure you Do your research so you can get your FULL VALUE!

Came in and Mike, Josh and Rob were all extremely helpful and made it their goal was to ensure I had an amazing experience. The jewelry in this store is gorgeous and I will for sure be coming back for my next purchase.

Went by to look at fishing gear. Saw they were selling a fishing combo that I already owned and bought brand new for $30. They were selling used for $50!!! Looked at TVs to see if it was an isolated incident. They were selling a 49” UHD LG TV used for $347. Target sells brand new 50” UHD LG TV for $349. I immediately left. Seems like it’s cheaper to buy the things brand new from literally anywhere else rather than used from this place. I used to like this place years ago, but the prices on the stuff they are selling now is utter nonsense.

Dave was very helpful and courteous. I was so happy to find a replacement gold band for the one I lost. Not only did I get a replacement, I also purchased another ring. They have a great selection and prices are very fair. Dave also shined up my old ring and made it look like new. Great people and a great place,, kudos.

Dave was immediately helpful and attentive as soon as I walked in the door, even though there were 2 other women at the jewelry counter and the phone kept ringing. I wanted to see this store and possibly find something of my personal interest I was well received by 4 of the employees inside the store, after a while I approach the counter to pay for my item, there were only 3  customers inside (not exactly rush time), and wait, after a "reasonable amount of time" (by then nobody said; "will be right there with you", "all set?", "anything else?"), just completely ignored. I took the item back and walk out of the store. Perhaps I'm unaware of the mechanics inside this particular store in terms of customer service.

Had a great experience. Since day one Nigel has assisted me to make sure the rims I wanted would fit and I was completely satisfied!!! And I must say MISSION COMPLETED!!! I’ll def be back for some more car stuff !!!
