I love Suncoast, been banking here for 14 years, but I have to say, the ATM situation is getting out of hand. They are ALWAYS down. And most of the time, when the ATMs are down, the virtual teller machine is down too. And on the off chance that I catch them up they won’t accept cash deposits, no exclamation, It intakes the bills Counce them shows me a count of each bill an amount and then specimens back up. It would be lovely if there were a remedy for this.

ATM machine at plant gory branch did not return my card. Called the atm customer service number and nothing could be done as it was after hours.

I love this bank I am definitely opening a account here. This was the first time I ever used a ITM and it worked perfectly. I was able to cash a check way after hours and got to talk to a real person, threw a video feed, that did everything a normal bank teller could do.

Horrible bank! They charge you for everything, including using your debit card online. Overdraft fees are horrendous. They charge you $29 as soon as a transaction post, not even giving you time to go deposit money that day. Do yourself a favor and find a better Credit Union.

Walked in the PC branch at 4:40pm the receptionist - Liliana - said that the three officers had customers and there were 5 people waiting in the lobby ( when I arrived to the lobby there was only 1 ) She said I would have to come back another day. I told her that I got off work early just to get here before the credit union closed and I would wait. She was not friendly in her tone and asked what I needed then said she would have to call her manager. She then said I could go sit in the lobby. I just feel her customer service could have been more kind and understanding. The bank officer that helped me was very kind and helpful.

I’ve been a member for over a year now, I still cannot deposit checks/cash or withdraw money from the ATM. I was told “new members under 6 months have this hold on their accounts for security and fraud purposes”, so I requested to get it taken off 3 times since and have been declined 3 times without explanation. I was told that it should be approved since my account has been in great standings the entire time I’ve been a member, so I’d “have to come back when a branch manager is available and at the bank so he can approve it manually”. I work night shift and literally do not have time for this. So frustrating that this bank is so unhelpful. Not to mention the employee that stepped in was very rude. Karen has also been working on this for me and has actually been quite pleasant and kind the entire time.
