I love this place and the staff are awesome and extremely helpful. They actually care about their customers. This is the only place I come to either pawn something or buy stuff that only pawnshops would have for a decent price. I love Value Pawn they will definitely help you out!

An rep name Luis called me annoying, and that was completely unacceptable. I felt threatened and disrespected by his demeanor. I will never be shopping or selling my slightly used items to this location any longer. I will also be contacting his corporate office with his name and ID. I will request a write up for his horrible behavior.

The Plant City Value Pawn has been a huge part of my home town community and I would recommend this location over any other.
