This institution is great for many things! My experience here so far has been really helpful. Usually anything bank related can easily stress me out as I’m still learning how everything works and I’ve had a bad banking experience in the past. Laylah, located at the plant city location made it easy to understand and the process is always quick. Laylah was eager to help and more than happy to find solutions for whatever financial services I needed. She was very patient and I never had to question whether or not she knew what she was doing.

I cancel my debit card because of fraud, order my new card, they were supposed to call when ready, but I came in anyway without waiting for the call, when I got to the bank the card was ready, the associate explained the process to my understanding, I was in and out in 10 minutes, thank you for the great service GTE Financial
