    Member Advocate Eleanor Elwood helped me in so many ways! I couldn't have asked for better service than I have received today. Right away she told me about all the options I had to choose from and very informative also very patient. I've only been a member since Dec of 2021 but I am happy thus far with this bank. Excellent customer service! If I had to choose a bank again I'd choose Suncoast. :)

    Ms. Delgado at the Fletcher branch was able to resolve a problem with an IRS check and a trust account quickly and efficiently and most importantly, painlessly. She understood what was being requested and was able to get confirmation and proceed with the transaction. Kudos on great customer service !!!

    I had an incredibly complex issue surrounding vehicle title/registration on a vehicle I paid off via SCFCU, and I was horribly confused. Debbie was an ANGEL. She took the time to understand my issues, researched them thoroughly, then started the processing of the several things I needed done. It was a difficult situation, and she solved it with persistence and politeness the whole time. I cannot thank her enough!

    Melanie and Benita are great. A customer was complaining and being very critical that it was taking too long for him to be helped and they maintained perfect composure. The man didn’t even have to wait long, he was very rude and I was very impressed how both Melanie and Benita handled the man.

    A teller put that my card was being mailed when I actually got it at the branch from her. Which made it impossible to retrieve my money from a direct deposit app because it wasn’t showing on my bank account. My card was also given to me with no CVV on the back which means I can’t use it anywhere.

    I was a victim of fraud through my credit and debit cards, the bank failed on supporting me as a customer and acted in favor of delinquency, making me pay for the money that was criminally taken from my accounts. After telling me that I had to asume the charges, they offered me an arrangement for monthly payments and then told I didn’t qualify, cancelling my membership and putting me on collections. I’ve never in my life seen such a bad service and response from an entity self called “bank”. Don’t trust your money or anyone from your family into this PRODELINQUENCY entity. Very disappointed and really sure that won’t recommend this “bank” to anyone, is the worst financial institution in the USA

    Wow!! I have been a member for well over 30 years. The service top draw. Staff is "SUPER". Went in a couple of days ago and the place had changed...I mean brand new everything! Totally modern, from floor to ceiling.
