Sun Loan Company Denver Dr, Springfield

Man there aren’t enough nice things I could say about this loan company and the ladies that work in there! They are amazing! Been with them for 4-5 years now and it’s always a pleasant experience! They are so friendly and so up to date on the new things. They have been such a big help during the pandemic and are quick to call you back with an answer for your loan. These ladies do a fantastic job day in and day out and I would recommend them to anyone that needed help getting a loan they work their magic and make it happen! If it wasn’t for Sam I wouldn’t have known about a couple loans I had in collections and for her I’m thankful cause now I’m working on my credit and have been able to get 2 small loans so far! Like I said amazing women and an amazing company 10/10 recommend! You’d be crazy to go anywhere else and not call them first to see what they can do for you!

I have been working with Sun loans for the last 3 years. I enjoy seeing the staff when I go inside the building and they are always courteous over the phone. Very understanding company and employees especially during the pandemic. Always a pleasure to work with and would recommend them to any friends or family that are in need of financial assistance

They was very nice but...they would always call me to remind me of my payment. My payment was due on the 6th and wouldn't be paid until a few days later because of my social security was not in the bank until the second Wednesday of the month. Phone calls happened every month. I told them upfront I did not get paid until the second Wednesday of every month. This was very annoying they would do this. I am a woman of my word. In fact I paid my loan off 10 months early. I will never due business with them again simply because of harassment over the payment and Interest rates are outrageous.

The ladies especially Samantha they are awesome I get my taxes done every year and when I need something for that she doesn’t hesitate to get it for me

applied for a loan 4 or 5 days ago received a email someone would get back to me in 24 hours or the next business day that was 4 or 5 days ago i haven't heard from anyone from the company. there are no additional details as o stated i filled out a application online received that email someone from the company will contact you in 24 hours or the next business day. this is now a week later and i have heard from anyone from your company. that's my experience.i was really just letting other people know who may be thinking about applying for a loan with you guys. if you fill it out online dont really expect them to call you back. its like when applying for a job if you don't hear from them then there obviously not interested in your business. UPDATE I CALLED TODAY TO CHECK UP ON MY ONLINE APPLICATION. HAD TO GIVE MY NAME 3 TIMES THEY COULDN'T FIND MY APPLICATION. WANTED DO DO ANOTHER OVER THE PHONE. I DONT SEE THE POINT IN APPLYING ONLINE THEN HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN OVER THE PHONE. SAID NOW A MANAGER WILL CALL ME BACK. WELL SEE I STILL NEVER GOT CALLED ABOUT THE ONLINE APP FROM 2 WEEKS AGO. the "manager" never did csll me back. i called them back to check up and was denied a loan. that's crazy i had a loan there before i got and paid off but i cant be a returning customer? probably because of this review 😂

I love everything about this company and the local branch in Springfield, IL. The ladies are always nice and understanding. They give me straight forward information every time about the loans I’ve taken out with them. Really people I trust and will continue to work with if ever needed! Highly recommend!!!!!!

I have dealt with Sun loans for several years now and have been very satisfied. Brooke and the other girls at the Denver Drive branch in Springfield, IL are always very helpful and friendly.

The staff is nice and helpful, intrest rate is very high, which is expected from a predatory loan company. The Springfield Il branch just posted a sign that prohibited conceal carry in their store. When ask an employee who decided thay CCL would not be allowed in their store, her response was "corporate". Informed her that i carried a gun in the defense of this country and according to that sign Sun Loans doesn't want my business. I will tell all my friends that have CCL's not to do business with Sun Loans because they don't believe in the 2nd amendment.
