I have been a customer of Sun Loan in Bloomington, IL for many years. The office staff is consistently courteous, professional and truly listen. They work hard to provide the best financial options tailored to my needs and resources. Frequent communication is important so I’ve always felt comfortable reaching out with questions or concerns. I recommend them without reservation.

I have been working with Bill and his staff for a few years now. I absolutely love him and his staff, they completely understand that life sometimes throw curves and they do everything possible to make sure their clients are taken care of. There has been a time when I was in a very compromising position and Bill and his staff did not treat me badly they actually helped me get out the the situation personally and professionally. I recommend this company and location to any and every one. They don’t treat you as a number but as a human being. I also love the fact that whenever Bill doesn’t hear from me he calls and check on me to see if there’s anything I need or any way they can help! I know this is a professional business but they have become family! If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend. Thank you all for all the hard work you all have done for me and my family.

Easily angry with customers. But they are nice most of the time. Just don't know why so angry when asking about loan info.

First rate, 5-star lending option. Years ago they were my only option, they gave me a loan when no one else would. Today even though I can go elsewhere, I still go back to Sun Loan because Bill and his staff are the best. Everyone in this office is so nice and friendly. They make you feel like you are their family and are so helpful. I have been with them a long time. All the girls and Bill are the greatest.

They helped me learn about my credit, help build my credit over 100 points, have low interest rates for a loan company, and worked with me when I cae to them about not being able to pay a full payment one month so I could do a half n half payment since I get paid biweekly not weekly. They are always supper friendly and willing to work with you as much as they can!

Sun loan is a great company to help build your credit. You need to have a loan report to all 3 credit bureaus to build and sun loan does just that! I make my payments on time and they increase my loan and allow me to take them out more frequent than most places! If you need a loan go see Tanna at Sun Loan Company she will take care of you! I love this place. Low rates, very helpful. The staff here is very professional and treat us like family. They even have tax services with refund turn around is very fast and $6,000 cash advace. I've been dealing with this company for years and always come back for new lian. Oh yeah before I forget. My credit score has gone up 200 points since dealing with sun loans. I started with a credit score of 425 and now I'm at 715. These people really help you grow your credit scores come on in. This place is wonderful.

The best loan company for personal loans! The only company I’ve used that’s has a welcoming atmosphere, remembers clients names and always asks about your day. They always ironically contact me to refinance when I need it the most. 🤣 Very helpful and informative!
