I came to Mike to fix my wedding set that had broken 3 times. He said that he would be able to fix it for me. Before fixing I received a call from Mike asking me to stop by as he had some amazing deals on new wedding sets that he wanted me to look at. I ended up purchasing a new wedding set and he even removed my stone from my original set and placed it in the new one. I love my new set and get compliments all day long on it. The new set was also appraised for way more than I payed coming into McLean County Exchange. Thanks Mike!!!

So before you sell your gold, silver, platinum or coin collections or your family treasures, make sure you stop at McLean County Exchange first to get the most money for your items. This is a great shop they have one of most extensive jewelry inventories of anywhere in the Twin Cities, and are never afraid to dicker on price. And they buy old gold & scrap gold and silver as well. Parking is nice and the store is very clean, their hours are Monday thru Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm and on Saturday they are open from 9.00am to 5:00pm,

Mclean County Exchange is a fantastic place to do business! All of the employees are friendly, treat you with respect, and explain the pricing to you so you can feel comfortable with what you are buying or selling. The quality of products in their store and in display are top notch and very easy to find what you are looking for in the store. They greet you as you walk in, they like to get to know their clients and work with people in regards to payments or purchases. I would recommend mclean County exchange to anyone and everyone!

Don’t waste your time with this place. Been in multiple times with valuable items just to get sent away. Many of those same items I received money for elsewhere. Staff barely looks over items and quickly comes to the conclusion that my belongings were worthless. Any other pawn shop I go does more than this joint. Not to mention all the stuff they have there is from the 80s. Place is outdated and needs to be shut down.

Cleanest pawnshop ever! It smells so good when you walk in there. Mike and his crew always have some very cool items for sale!

Had a great experience in the store! Lots to choose from. Mike and Kevin were super helpful! They got me setup with what I was looking for price wise and helped me find exactly what I wanted! They even let me try on the beautiful jewelry. So much fun! This place is GREAT! if you haven't been here, you should definitely check it out! I'll definitely be going back to visit these guys!

After hearing their radio ad for months, I went to McLean County Exchange this morning with some gold jewelry I never wear. I had no idea what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were professional, friendly, and well-worth the effort. I highly recommend taking the time to pay them a visit - I just made enough money to pay for Christmas!

I've used this shop for several things. I sold my guitar and they gave me more than I thought I would get. Mike and Kevin are good guys and have treated my wife and I very well over the years! Great shop and fantastic staff!

I was in there a couple weeks ago and the owner was asleep in a chair, looked like I scared him awake when we came in. the place smelled horrible!! waaaaaay too much air freshener in that place. puke! Once he woke up he was one of the rudest men I've ever dealt with, customer service was horrible! I only gave this a 1 star because i had to pick at least that. deserves a ZERO star. never will I go back there again!

My Personal experience was out standing...Kevin and the owner treated me with so much respect and demonstrated a passion for my crisis in need...I was in a bad jam with my rent and other bills...they was so understanding and extended themselves to the point of really understanding my situation as common people of America...it's difficult to fine such warm hearted business men such as them...I recommend them to any person who look to do business with honest men such as them who not only take the time to listen to you and understand your situation...but also do everything that they could to see that once you walk way from them, you will feel pleasant about the business transaction...I personally, have developed such a relationship with good honest business men at McCain lean County Exchange.
