Summit Credit Union Miller Park Way, Milwaukee

My experience here is great every time I come here. The staff are wonderful and also helpful. I set appointments before here and it was alright. It gets crowded sometimes but what credit union doesn't? Anyways sign up for newsletter and also try becoming a member too if you haven't yet. You won't regret it and if you do that's unfortunate. Didn't realize this was a drive thru or self help location only. Teller behind the counter told me I need to wait in line for the self teller in order to get a cashier's check. What a joke.

This bank its the best! I bank with Chase and BMO. Branch manager Cody helped me save money by transferring my credit card balance from BMO and Chase to a summit credit card with a way way lower interest rate. Cassandra was a great help as well. Very friendly and always stayed in touch with me though out the process. Honestly no other banker has done that before.

This place is a joke. I'm sitting in the drive through and this lady greets me and opens the drive through thing and disappeared I turned to place my money into the drawer and the wind picked up and my money started to blow around even with it placed down. I looked up and the lady wasn't there she was gone. I had to ring the buzzer for someone

This place is great. The manager did everything in his power to help me out with a few problems that I had and came up with a solution and then some. You guys are great thanks for everything!!!

Negative experiences every time we come here. We have a couple loans with Summit CU and every time we’ve written a slip with the loan account number on it to pay what’s due, they apply it to the wrong loan!!! Later in the month we get an email stating that the loan is pst due and that we need to contact them when they should’ve applied it to the right one. I don’t understand how they keep applying the payments on the wrong loan when we specifically WROTE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER!!! Update: Received a call from the branch manager and is working with me to figure out a solution for the situation. Very professional and helpful.

Today I was here to make a loan Payment, the teller was very attentive, professional, and polite. I've consistently found they have lower interest rates for loans here compared to other local banks. The staff at this location is always willing to help you find the answer you need. Well lit ATM and night deposit box as well, along with lots of people moving through the area so safety is not an issue.

Very fun, friendly, and flexible staff. My friend recommended that I bank with summit and I'm happy I made the switch. I love how easy the mobile app is!

Lave this place over a bank. Never going back to a bank. I appreciate the low fees, friendly service and boomerang check that I receive once a year. Not at all like a bank.

I have always had very fast very friendly service. When you walk in you are always greeted with a smile from everyone of the employees.
