I was looking to open up a new bank account because my previous banks no longer served me purpose when I decided to check y’all out because my sister told me she loved banking with y’all, long story short Shania assisted me in making my decision to open an account, I had lots of question but she was patient with me and made me feel welcome

I went through the drive thru at the west milwaukee location. I needed to deposit $830 to my business account. The woman who took my transaction said, "Do you need to deposit? " I said "yes". She responded with a very rude tone of voice with, "Well! It's gona take me a minute to deposit all this." When she sent back the deposit receipt, She didn't bother saying one word. Very unprofessional and I know counting money is part of her job. If she wants to complain about counting a large amount of money then she should find a different job.

Open until 6... stops taking calls by 5:30pm. Every time I try to get their customer service to help, they seem to give the impression that their online system isn't their problem and the customer just has to adapt to it. Do you want my money or not? This is an inconvenience and if my auto loan wasn't through you, I'd drop you! Your remote transfer option not being available is ridiculous for users that need to make payments from their real bank to pay off the loan.

Just got my auto loan through here. First set up online account to pay my bill....and you cant...just shows the loan and gives error message. So I called in to make a payment ...it literally says call this number to make payment so I went ahead and called. I was then connected to a woman who told me she can't take a phone payment without a 10 dollar fee...well if your website doesn't work and nowhere on my paperwork does it say I'm penalized for trying to pay my bill would you not offer assistance. I was then told to go to a branch cause she could not help me. This is why we chose this route of finance...to avoid the hassles of a bank. You have clearly not made this any different or easier for our family. Thanks for the 5 dollars for opening the account...maybe next time keep it to help process payments like a normal financial institution haha. We will be closing the account and sadly won't be able to agree with friends that credit unions are the way to go....Chase bank we are coming back! Ps...it's customer experience....customer service....not hurry the consumer off the phone cause you are unsatisfied with your career or don't want to help. Agreed with the rest... terrible customer service.

Take your business elsewhere, trust me I regret signing for auto loan with them. This place is a joke and they purposefully make their, "online banking," nearly impossible.

I've been with Guardian for 30 years, they are the best. I went through some medical issues that left me off the payroll for over a year and they reached out to me when they noticed an inconsistencies in my account and offered to help me save my home. I couldnt believe any financial institution woul do so much without a request but they went out if their way to help me,my son and I am forever grateful and a customer until the end. Thank you

I there’s always a longggg line at the drive through as if they only have 1 employee. On top of that I deposit my check weekly and they still need to verify it every time. So ridiculous, it’s not like all of the sudden my check is $1M 🙄. Waste of my 5 mins. I’m only here because my husband likes this small non profit bank but if u ask me it’s a hassle. If ur out of town u most likely won’t ever run into this bank.

I have had NOTHING but horrible experiences with this credit union. Not only is the customer service terrible, but they have been unable to accommodate me in multiple instances. We are currently facing a global pandemic and they will not make an exception for me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Is give them a four and a half if I could, ive never had an issue with the service and ive been banking with them my entire life. My only complaint would be the inconvience it is to get to them but that's not their fault lol. The only other thing would be the wait time in their service (over the phone) also not their fault since they can not control the influx of calls to the ratio of customers that need assistance. Over all, I think they do a great job plus they have popcorn. So thanks to the best bank I've ever had so far
