    They not only addressed the problem I brought the vehicle in for, but also realized I was due for my first oil change/tire rotation. They reminded me it was a free service. Then when they didn’t find the noise I was hearing and assured me the breaking system was functioning appropriately, they offered for me to bring it back when I was hearing the noise again and they would test drive with me so I could show them noise I was hearing. Awesome team!!

    I've had many difficult experiences with other dealers in and around Jackson County, this dealer has already got me feeling better about owning a GM vehicle, instead of hanging onto my vehicle for 2 months, they had it for a week, and called me frequently to update.

    Was greeted by David who vacuumed my truck's floor and covered the seat. Rob was quick to write me up and get my truck back into the shop. The tech that was working on my truck was quick to find what was wrong with the truck. I was waiting on my truck and Rob came and informed me what was wrong and that it would be covered under warranty, that is always great news. He also in informed me that the only cost that I "may" have to pay for additional work would be small. Rob offered to have David take me home because it would be at least a few hours to repair. David was very personable on the ride home. Rob called me a few hours later and informed me that my truck was completed and that there was no cost. I have worked at a few GM dealerships and this is what GREAT costumer service is. Great job by everyone in the Service Department. Thank you.

    Nicole Blaze was the nicest salesperson I've ever met at a car dealer. I went in to look at cars mostly knowing what I wanted. She showed me a few others, no pressure at all. I found the car I liked, we went back the next day to sign the papers. Simple, easy, no hassle.

    Dealer leased me a 2021 Chevy Silverado without disclosing the crankshaft was replaced prior to leasing it to me. I have since filed a lemon law suit against them as the truck has been in and out of the shop numerous times for numerous issues. Neither the sales manager, salesman nor service manager bother to reply to emails calls or texts. Filed report with the BBB. A personal law suit will also be filed against them for negligence.

    I got my oil changed here and I could not be happier with my service. I have a hyper active child that I needed to bring with me and they played with him and kept him occupied while I got everything squared away. True family dealership, I highly recommend this dealership!

    I had an oil change there, which went well. They were fast and seemed to do good work. They recommended that I needed rear brakes really bad and to not wait too long. I made an appointment with then 4 days later and made arrangements to work from home that day. Took my vehicle in and it turns out my brakes were fine and they didn't need changing. They get 2 stars for their honesty, but nothing more for the poor diagnostics.

    Came in with a check engine light and a reduced power warning on the dash. The tech found the problem right away and replaced the part that was in stock. They cleaned and sanitized my car and was on my way quickly. Thanks so much Suburban!

    Great service, fast and friendly service. Went for a oil change got right in at my appointment time .I had a choice to sit in the waiting room that looked comfortable or they have seating outside. I was only waiting like 20 25 minutes maybe and it was done and ready to go.The great people in the service center went over everything with me and suggested some thing to get done that would extend my warranty on some things..very helpful to know..

    Great customer service from Cameron. He went the extra mile to get the car completed during a very busy and bad week for me to have been without a car. My normal maintenance and service will go to him in the future and not to the oil change place that was way more expensive and caused the issues that Suburban was able to fix.

    On 2/24, I had an oil change scheduled for 4:40 pm. I showed up at Suburban at 4:30, and they took me right in. I dealt correctly with Travis Yafai, who was extremely polite and helpful. I signed the work order stating that I just was getting an oil change and nothing more. I then proceeded to the waiting room to wait for my simple oil change. At approximately 5:40, Travis came by to inform me that, "I haven't forgotten about you, it's just that my lube man spilled diesel oil all over the place, and it had to be cleaned up before anything else could be done." He stated that it would be another 10 or 15 minutes. Finally at 6:00 pm, a full 1 1/2 hours after I arrived, he informed me that my car was ready. He told me that he apologized for the lateness, and proceeded to tell me that he would be paying for the oil change out of his own pocket. He stated multiple times that the fee would paid from his own pocket. I didn't feel that Suburban should have associates pay expenses owed to customers from their own pockets, so I told Travis that I would pay for my oil change myself, and even double checked with him to make sure that a normal oil change at Suburban does not usually take 1 1/2 hours. I am not happy with the length of time it took to get my simple oil change, and even though Travis was very courteous, I still find it odd that a company could not cover the cost of this oil change instead of an associate.

    If you are looking to have your vehicle work done I would strongly recommend you avoid Chevrolet of Clinton part of the suburban group Service advisor rob Is rude and inconsiderate and won't let customers finish explaining what's wrong with their vehicle service advisor Krista flat out lied to the extended warranty company causing them to reject the claim my mother who was on a fixed income as she is retired is now making payments on a vehicle she cannot drive cannot afford to fix and cannot afford to turn in His paraphernalia has been reported to the bureau of automotive repair Of Michigan. Save time and hassle go across the street to LaFontaine services and sales are way better even printed the obd2 snap shot data for me to use as proof

    This was my first service visit here and so far everything is still working good and my expectations were a bit different from what I received meaning an oil change and an AC recharge doesn't or shouldn't take 5 hours. I'm disabled and I cant sit for long periods of time so I got painful and irritated. This is why I chose Carvana for this car purchase. The cost for what I had done was higher than I would have paid elsewhere. I won't ruin your rating from my personal experience and I just want to be as honest as I can be. I honestly thought your service department would be better than the one here close to my home but until you cut the wait times it wont be. As I said my scoliosis of my spine and my hip dysplasia keeps me from sitting for long periods of time. When I got home I laid down for 2 hours to get my pain under control. I count my blessings and not my problems. I apologize for my behavior. I pray that I won't have to come back for anything else now. As I said I have only owned the vehicle for 2 months. I love the vehicle and it exceeds everything that I need now. Thank you so much.

    After seeing this dealership had the best deal around for the vehicle I wanted, I drove from Indianapolis IN to Clinton MI. Friendly staff, but I waited there for majority of the day for them to gather their paperwork. The dealership was closing bout time I received the keys to the truck. I later noticed that the truck had a tall list of issues and I was better off purchasing somewhere else. Off of my experience here, I wouldn't recommend this place

    The best car buying experience I have ever had hands down! Charley and the whole team at Suburban Chevrolet of Clinton worked so hard to find the exact vehicle I wanted, and I am very particular. We arrived a little late in the day, I still had to test drive the vehicle and work out turning my lease in early too. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. Charley took the time to help me sync my phone, and go through ALL the settings and help me set things up exactly the way I wanted it. In my previous car buying experiences I have been left to figure it out on my own. I left feeling confident I purchased a great vehicle for a great price. I have a lot of dealerships near me, but I have heard really great things about Suburban Chevrolet of Clinton. So, I gave them a call and when they found what I was looking for, I made the drive out there, and it was worth the trip. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my purchase and my experience.     I took my 2010 Malibu there to try to resolve issue with the brake lights not working all the time. They found a recall order about just that issue, did the repair work and all was good...for 3 days. Tonight I noticed the lights are not working again.

    Charles R. Explained all the features while in our BlazerRS ,and answered all our questions, and helped us with the settings.(phones) etc. Ricardo explained all the financing procedures,and options without taking forever like most dealerships! They walked us thru everything and we were well satisfied with the time they spent with us. Doing as much on the phone as possible, also was a big plus!

    I was greeted by a nice young man upon my arrival. He sent me to where i was to check in for my appointment. Both gentlemen that were in the service area were very polite and helpful.I was told of the special for oil changes and tire rotations by the representative that was helping me and I purchased the package of three. After my oil change had been completed the gentleman brought my car into the service area because it was raining out. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness.
