TLC Community Credit Union W Chicago Blvd, Tecumseh

I started a banking account at TLC with the idea that a local bank would be easier to deal with. That is absolutely not the case. Everything is difficult from user name on the website to cashing checks via mobile.

Love this place! I have used TLC for all my banking for about 17 years, mostly in Tecumseh. Tellers are always courteous, fast and friendly and the same at the other locations. When I have extra banking to do and need to talk to a manager, I've been equally as pleased with the experience. They've been personable, knowledgable and helpful.

TLC is great. The representatives at this particular branch are fast and efficient at their jobs. My most recent trip was a Friday which also happened to be the 1st of the month. Drive thru was closed so there was a line of people waiting for the doors to open. I was maybe the 12th person in line but was out within minutes after making a simple withdraw. Thank you for getting me in and out and on my way!

My mom died of pancreatic cancer on March 9, 2019, my grandma died December 27, 2019 from lymphoma. I went to the Tecumseh location with a $200 plus check. I had legal paperwork drawn up by Stanley Sala In Adrian with me. The managers in Tecumseh treated me like trash and refused to look at the legal paperwork, and the manager was disrespectful and stated that she would not honor the documents. I'm offended and will never deal with TLC bank again.

Iv always been treated nicely. I would like to encounter more personality though😝

As a business owner I do not recommend them. Save yourself the headaches of random fees and fine print disasters, just go to Huntington. They gave me money just for setting up an account. What's TLC ever done for me? Squat.

They changed the online banking from account number to user names, so I tried to make a user name on the go but my number on file is a land line. And they send confirmation in text. Thanks a lot tlc.

I and my family have been dealing with TLC since we moved to Tecumseh in 1977. Originally we use the flagship Tecumseh bank but soon changed to TLC as they really were concerned with the best interest of the ordinary guy and his family. Nothing but the best courtesy and service now for near 4 decades. You can't do better.

Hung up after waiting and holding for 15 minutes. Not a very good customer service experience. Please consider reviewing your processes (and the terrible hold music/prompts).

Tried calling the Tecumseh office and the only number listed is the Adrian office and that number you will be on hold for hours and hours.
