the tellers that work here are always so kind and sweet! I've never had an issue with my account that they couldn't help me with and most importantly, they give dog treats! now my husky is excited to go to the bank with me :)

I love the personalized service I receive at the Maumee/Winter St Branch. The staff is really friendly and always helpful to resolve any issues or answer my questions. I appreciate having no fee checking options. I wish there were more no fee atms.

Absolutely terrible branch. They are rude and incompetent. The worst is the branch manager that is absolutely clueless about customer service. Has no idea what she is doing and has no business running anything. This bank will not last with this incompetent leadership

The people wasted our time. Bank is fine the Tecumseh one I would not recommend. No bank needs to set an appointment to create a savings account and treat us like we’re stupid. Will not be going back to that one.

Very disappointed with this branch. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Also uneducated with their own policies, in the way that they are misleading with something as simple as setting up an account. This must be where tellers go for a job...when no other bank would have them.

This bank needs to update there systems and the atm is unreliable. Sometimes won't even accept there own debt card. Pathetic
