I cannot crow enough about how stellar the overall experience was with Stuart and the rest of his team (particularly Zachary) ~ even including the third-party notary who came to our home to do a professional, efficient loan closing. This was truly one of the finest customer service experiences we've ever encountered in any transaction. These guys are great! Spoke to Stuart directly and he got the process started. Michael took over and was in touch constantly - he was always quick to respond to questions and kept everything moving along. The whole process was wrapped up in about 3 weeks start to finish. One of the easiest refinance/closing. Laura was wonderful to work with and was very helpful in dealing with our VA loan. She was proactive in making sure the paperwork that we got from he VA was corrected when she noticed a discrepancy! That kind of service is hard to find! So glad that we chose this company!!

Got a chance to meet their owner on a Weekend. Very pleasant to deal with. My go to guy is Jordan. Always available to answer my questions. No surprise why we have refinanced with them twice in the past 5 years. Guess what, we are building a new home. We know exactly who to contact when it is time to close next year. Update: We closed our house coue of weeks ago. We got an unbeatable rate of 3.7% with a small penalty due to locking rate longer than 60 days. This is when the rate was around 5%. This probably saved us 10s of thousands of dollars. To top this, we got a surprise today. We felt like the business gave us a 5 star hotel treatment.

American Mortgage Corporation was amazing! 10 out of 5 stars! My wife and I(first time homebuyers) had gone through the process with them and it was awesome. Home buying can be stressful, but AMC made it a breeze and made sure my family was taken care of! I can’t say enough good things about Stuart and the team at American Mortgage. Stuart was always there for every need for an updated pre-approval letter over the year long attempt to get a contract on a house. When we finally did land a contract the team was great. It had been over 25 years since I’d bought a house and much had changed in the process. Laura and Stuart were easy to get in touch with to answer questions and walk me through the whole process. Without them the mortgage rules would have been a nightmare. I also have to credit Stuart’s Bagel Loan for helping to smooth out closing. Just completed a refinance. The process from start to finish took less than 2 weeks. I worked with Jordan and Katie and both were very helpful and communicated well throughout the process. With the Bagel loan I did not pay any closing fees other than to fund my new escrow. My rate was also very competitive. I would recommend this company to any of my friends, family, and coworkers.

I was amazed at the level of customer service and how they worked extremely well with my Realtor and Title company. Looking back on past home purchases, my past lenders forced fed me what they wanted because I did not know what all the options were. This time I felt like I was educated, so I was able to make a decision that fit what I wanted. This is truly the benchmark for customer service. If you do anything, talk to at least two lenders then talk to Stewart and ask Stewart your questions. You will be happy you spent the time to educate yourself.

I had a lot of questions (A LOT) and read every document carefully (as this is my first time buying a home).
