Metro Pawn St Charles Rock Rd, St. Louis

I went to Metro Pawn today, so that myself and my fiance could pick out some rings for our wedding. Tony, and especially Elton were very nice and accommodating. Not only are they nice, they have good prices, and they treat people with respect. We received a great deal on our rings, thanks again guys. You guys really deserve those 5 stars. One of the best shops in St. Louis. Very impressed with their selection of rare collectibles, watches and A/V gear. Always excited to browse their selection. Friendly staff. Fair prices.

This pawn shop is the worst in the STL if you come get your things early they say they sold it even though your early. Don’t believe their rating they have family and friends post good things about them even though they can’t be trusted. Please don’t go there you’ll be sorry.

I’ve come here for every essential I have ever needed with things such as electronics , jewelry, and if you’re into it metro pawn have firearms as well. Been to most pawn shops around St. Louis county and city and I’ve never gotta better deals than I do here. 10/10 recommended , also the owner is very understanding and will give you a good deal with whatever you need , I honestly don’t see any reason to go to any other pawn shop , and this is coming from a person that’s been to all of them , thanks to Metro Pawn for being there for me and thank you to who ever reads this review check it out won’t waste your time !

These guys have looked out for me for years now. When my house was robbed and I lost everything, they were there for me. Well I needed some tools for my new job as a carpenter, they were there for me. Or maybe I was just looking for a movie to enjoy with the kids, they had what I needed. And just now around Christmas, I needed a necklace for the wife, they were the only ones in the area that had exactly what I was looking for. Through the good times and the bad, they’ve always been there when I needed them. If you’re looking for a pawn shop who beats all the competitions prices and will truly look out for you, this is it. Man when all chips are down and you need a good price and a great deal on anything from A-Z this is the place I was doing everything to find that special someone that special gift and I found it nowhere else but here again I promise they have the best price for the best things and always willing to work with you on it.... even the workers helped me

This place is great! They have tons of tools at great prices. I got a 20v DeWalt cordless drill and a nice air compressor at a very reasonable price. The guys that work there were friendly and easy to deal with. I will be back.

They are a great professional family owned and operated pawn shop. All the employees are super nice people and will treat you with dignity and respect. I have been coming to this pawn shop for over 10 years and I still am a regular visitor. I've gotten two rings there. At a regular jewelry shop the rings I got for a few hundred would have been priced In the thousands. I could go on for hours about how great this pawn shop is but the truth you have to visit it to believe it.

Bought some headphones and only one ear was working. Although I had to make 1.5 hour drive. Elton, made it right and gave me 100% of my money back without pressuring me into buying something else. In my books we call this excellent business and customer service. Anytime I'm in the area I'm stopping by and seeing what goodies Elton has for me. Top rated for a reason and I've experienced first hand!

I went there to save money, after I bought small gold earrings for 100$ I swa very similar stuff at Kohls for same price or even less (with off course big selection and brand new) I didn't do deep research on the price before buying because I saw such a good reviews score here that I trusted the sellers but I got scammed.

Drove up from Arnold Missouri to sell some scrap gold and some silver coins and few miscellaneous coins. The three guys working were very very kind and also kind and understanding to my crying kid! I ended up keeping my coins to hold onto for future reasons only being because they offered me such a great price for my few gold pieces! They are honest, friendly and clearly know how to keep good business going! Came here only based off reading reviews and getting a low price from another place south of where I live. Let me tell you as far as the good reviews you see this place is great and the staff is over the top thank you very much guys and I will definitely be back whether it's selling or buying. Anybody at all looking to sell gold or silver jewelry or coins you need to bring it here! Looked like they have a lot of good merchandise to pick and choose from as well inside their store thank you again!!! Edit to add I am happy with the overall purchase. Would’ve been five stars had they not charged my card the wrong amount like 500+ the wrong amount officially ruining our Valentine’s Day Edit to add they did issue us a refund but have to wait until after the holiday on Monday until it will be returned to our account still officially ruining our Valentine’s Day. However it is not unfortunate that I did not include this in my initial review because common sense says you issued us a refund. It is the inconvenience of actually having to move funds around as well as cancel pre existing arrangements due to your employees typo. My husband was satisfied with the discount provided.

Evaluated a ring for me and was told it was moissanite. I was told I had been "ripped off". Went to a jeweler immediately after who said they were defiantly diamonds. Appraised for over four thousand dollars.

I just started using the and them they have always treated me fair. They go out of their way to loan me the most they can on my collateral and when I went to pay off my loan and regain my tools they had even cleaned them up like new. Can't beat that.
