St. Louis Community Credit Union Olive Blvd, St. Louis

Put in a business check in the ATM. This bank broke it into 3 transactions and held my money for 6 days. They have shortened their business hours and their staff is rude. Would not recommend doing business with them. ATM never works. My location no longer offers Saturday hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer of 8 years.

Their communication had been trash during COVID. Some days they will allow you in, other days they won’t and there will be no sign or anything to let you know you can’t come in. The door will just be locked and the workers will just look at you through the door as you ring the doorbell and say nothing. A simple process becomes a nightmare due to the lack of communication.

The customer service is always great at this location. But the long lines we have to wait in is ridiculous. They really need to open up the inside of these branches.

Services suck.! Period. The location will close for the "holiday" 3 days in advance without notice, cards don't work at the ATM, service is slow on the inside, they're supposed to close at 5:15 but sometimes they're doors are locked by 3:30 & no one comes to open them. Overall just so crappy.

Service is not bad, but not stellar. People are friendly enough and ATMs are functional each time I attempt to use them.

Service is trash! Representative are rude and ATM never works! If I could give zero stars, I would!!

Me and my mother had an issue with an account, while we tried to figure out the next steps to take; the Member Service Representative that we dealt with cut us off when speaking with us, rolled her eyes, showed a lack of empathy. I don't think she smiled once. Also, the day before a teller didn't follow banking procedures. However, the Member Service Representative did provide options for my mother, I would've preferred her attitude to be a little more understanding, and professional.

I just like to get in and get out, but there’s a woman teller that talks a lot about my facial expression, body language, and other things that have nothing to do with me receiving or depositing money. If you want to flirt, do it in a subtle way that’s charming. I don’t have time and nerve for all the extra-ness. I usually don’t like how this person talks to the other staff much either.

It ain't the greatest branch though they keep a handful of professionals who are friendly and helpful. The St.Louis Credit Union policies are geared to the working man and will help in times of need. I switched when U.S. bank had settled a class action law suit for charging extra fees that inflated my debt while unemployed. They're known for technical oversights that irk customers. My issues weren't as major. If you are not in a rush the Big Bend location won't keep you waiting.

Weekday hours are inconvenient and the online app is barbaric but they do extremely good work in the community and the staff is diverse and very kind. Just need to come into the new millennium with technology
