Used to be one of my weekly stops and I purchased more than a couple things here. The guy I assume to be the owner and several of the staff downstairs have been extremely nice and helpful. I’m actually glad that the woman working today was so unpleasant and answered my question with such attitude.... it led me to look for a way to contact the store, and ultimately to read the news stories about the alleged illegal gun sales that are apparently linked to all kinds of violent crime in the area. I’m happy to not give my business to such a place anymore, and encourage you to look elsewhere, too.

I purchased a few firearms from this place and the salesmen are great. They have the best firearm selection of any pawnbroker but... When it comes to pawns and retreiving your merchandise? They are crooked with a 😃. You come out better robbing yourself!!!

These guys are (with one exception) knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. 7 of the 8 guns I own came from Piazza's. I recommend them to everyone I know who is interested in owning a firearm, or collecting firearms. All of the above used to be true. Recently there has been a nearly 100% turn over in the staff. The stores' new policy toward gun purchasers is NOT professional. They seem to have "gone ghetto" with business practices that make it impossible for me as a self respecting gun owner to do business with them anymore. As a gun collector, 13 of the 14 guns I own, I purchased from them. Now I go to Cabellas' or reputable pawn shops.

My father took me to purchase my 1st gun about 4months ago and about a month later he was on life support. He put the gun in the layaway until he brought my sister to pick her gun. They called me twice and I made a payment over the phone once and the second time I came in. I had been dealing with so much I forgot about it and really thought they would call like they did in the past. So I paid a lilttle over $200 on the gun and I believe it was like $500. So when I called in they said the layaway was forfeited and I LOST ALL my $$!! 1st problem I never received a call about this payment his response was we don’t call anymore!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM Because you called until you got a nice amount of $$ on it!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR LAYAWAY SYSTEM & DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I’m a business owner and to me this is BAD business practice. I can see you paying a restocking fee or having to use the $ towards a purchase but to LOOSE ALL YOUR $$$ IS ROBERY!!! I even offered to bring them documentation showing that my father was very ill and almost died and he said it didn’t matter!! They have not only lost a potential life long customer they lost a lot of my family & friends from this transaction. I will be making a claim with the BBB also.

If you’re looking for anything other then a cell phone there is a huge chance you my find it here. They staff is here today gone tomorrow, but Always willing to help. So if you’re look for a job... 😉 If you pawn something make sure you pay on it or get it back by the 3rd month or they will take it! The same goes if you put something in layaway you have to make payment every month otherwise you lose what you invested in it.

I used to love working here. We had a great, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices and a good selection. Then First Cash took over, fired or forced the old crew out bc they didn't want to pony up the dough to keep us. They would rather replace us all and start fresh. Well, now look at them. Can't sell guns anymore, which was the main bulk of their business. P.s. they're supposed to do courtesy calls, but they don't.

They're a great arms dealer. Best prices in the city of new and used firearms and they have a lawaway service. Very friendly and knowledge employees. Every time I go we talk about guns way longer than I attended to stay. I've purchased one so far and my brother has purchase countless amounts of firearms from them. I recommend them to everyone I know that's looking to purchase a firearm.

I'm inexperienced with guns. I purchased a name brand handgun w/them over 2 years ago thru layaway. I never used it because I wanted to get accustomed to my 1st handgun. Well, I decided to use it & guess what? The genius serving me left the damn pawn lock on the damn gun. Now I have to drive 40 miles to get it taken off. I better get some bullets, target papers or something for my trouble! Incompetent.

I bought a tv from them and it went out at exactly a year from purchase. I know it’s used so that’s understandable. But I went back and bought another tv for 200$ tried to get them to go down and they guy wouldn’t. He keep sayin it just came in and blah blah blah so I buy it anyway. On the 58th day my screen goes black once again and I found out that the tv was from 2014. Don’t go here they will lie and finesse you out of your money

Staff was very unprofessional. The head guy in charge was not engaging at all, seem like he was just rushing us out didn’t really want to do business at all with us because they were getting ready to close which it’s very unprofessional. Customers keep these places open and when they treat customers unfairly really says something. I would never go there again if it was the last place on earth That could help me get money.I would rather be broke.
