My wife and I tried 3 other companies and got the run around. Coming to Stress Less Mortgage I was weary paying for a fourth appraisal. Eric insured us, that who he was setting us up with would be able to do our loan. He lived up to every part of the deal got us closed rather quickly even in these COVID times. The office staff that work with Eric, are very pleasant to talk to and quick to respond to any email and/or phone call. The wife and I thank all of you, you all have been BEYOND Expectations.

I did a mortgage refinance with David Moore at Stress Less Mortgage and the experience was just like the name Stress Less Mortgage implies, stress less. Before contacting David I had applied at two other mortgage companies, one being the company that advertises that "we will pay your closing costs". Their customer service is horrific. David was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. His experience in the mortgage business truly shows and he is patient, persistent and it's more like working alongside a friend.
