Billy called me every Friday to just check in and make sure I didn't have questions going into the weekend, that level of service is unmatched. I had to delay my purchase and there was zero pressure and they were able to help me with great options that surpassed my expectations for down payment, interest and cost to close. I'd reiterate everything mentioned below; Kyle and his team are great to work with, offer competitive rates and simply make it easy to do business with them. I'd 100% recommend working with them. **Initial review from 2019** Kyle and his team were great to work with - very transparent and proactive communication. Moved quickly to push through the approval and line up funding at the most competitive rate available. Has many “fringe benefits” such as rate float down, not requiring an escrow (taxes, HOA, etc), and streamlined refinancing at no cost which were not offered by other lenders. Not sure if that is standard, or particular to my deal but was certainly a differentiating factor. Will 100% use Kyle and his team the next go-round.

Kyle is amazing. Period. He's brilliant with the financials, and extremely accurate which is very much appreciated when dealing with numbers significantly outside of our normal comfort zone. Responsiveness - Kyle's team checks the email inbox so emails do not go long without being addressed. 2. Options - Kyle give options for traditional mortgages and less traditional options like ARM options and reviews pros and cons. 3. Speed - we had a couple requests to the team where we needed an approval letter in a short turn around and Kyle was able to get that for us to make the buying process easier and give us best chance in a competitive market. 4. By far the BEST lender I've dealt with in 45 years of purchasing and refinancing homes. Kyle and his team are extremely professional, thorough, clear, and fair. We lowered our mortgage payment by $500/month without taking one cent out of pocket. When I sent my paperwork to my lawyer to go over, he said, "if you're using Kyle, you don't need me!" So I saved a lawyer fee, too! This was our second time working with Stonehaven. We won't work with anyone else in the future.
