Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Addison Ave, Elmhurst

Negative stars! No Driv-thru - Opens late & closes early - only 1 ATM machine and there’s always a line.

Horrible and Slow Service. Spent 20mins waiting for them to not have $2 Bills. The teller was quick to dismiss me and as I walked away she then asked the teller next to her if they had any $2 bills. She didnt even try to check and just wanted me to leave.

The bank manager Laura Koski is extremely professional and helpful in helping customers resolve issued related to their accounts. She will also help find you the answer if she does not already know it. I was considering closing my account under her guidance she helped explain misc. Items and helped me resolve my issue.

After depositing a check on the app, only to have it be deposited and then rejected, getting the run around, and being lied to from BOA corporate customer service for nearly 2 weeks, I went into the branch in Elmhurst and met face-to-face with Mr. Ricana, Relationship Banker. He called the mobile banking people and got the check deposited into our account, but then lied to me as well - twice! He said the money would be available the next day, when it was patently untrue, and told me to call him the next day if the money wasn't in the account, even though he knew he was not working the following day.

Employees at this location are lazy and don’t want to help customers. There’s only one teller regardless of how many customers are waiting in line. Employees do not want to come out of their office/cubicle to help shorten the long line. Worst branch ever. They don’t even deserve a single star.

The manager Jemalyn has always been so sweet to me and makes things happen. She has always gone to bat for me if there are any issues that need to be brought higher up. I have multiple business accounts at this bank and they handle everything wonderfully for me and treat me like family. Clyde the bank teller is also super helpful, efficient and friendly. Thank you for everything you do!

Went there for creating a checking account after scheduling an appointment. Their relationship manager walked me through every details and was really helpful to clear whatever doubts i had. I could get my account created in no time. Thank you very much.

Poor costumer service. The manager tells costumers to book an appointment online or go get a coffee (from outside) since it is going to be long waiting, no respect to the costumers. The manager Shred my debit card without informing me or taking my permission. They gave me wrong informations which caused me a lot of troubles.

They always under staffed and slower than 8 turtles in a race. Nice people though just never the best place go when u need to be in and out on your lunch hour

Knowledgeable and helpful bank manager. All the tellers were friendly and welcoming. I wish this branch were closer to where I do my banking!
