Vito is amazing. Being a first time home buyer the process was stress-free because of Vito. He also recommended an awesome realtor that was knowledgeable and career driven. He was up front and only a call away. I don’t believe he slept. He worked all night with my approval. Emails at 1am and calls at 3am, on both ends to make sure things was perfect. When I buy my second home Vito will be my first choice. I recommend him for your home buying needs.

The experience with Vito and his team was ok because leading up to the closing we had challenges in communication. We did not receive wire information for the money to close until Friday afternoon for a closing on Monday. We had reached out earlier in the week for this information. At the time of closing we were at the Title Company and neither us, our title company, nor agent received any upfront communication about having to e-sign documents. We ended up signing documents the old school way, which made the process take much longer than expected.

Working with Vito Roppo and his team was positively excellent. They were knowledgeable & organized & thorough & professional. No-brainer, they were extremely communicative to answer our questions and made sure we understood everything that was presented to us. All along, with help of our agent, attorney, and Vito+team, we moved into our new house in a month. Yes, in a month!
