Jason has been great to work with through all the confusing steps of the home refinancing process. My wife and I had been shopping for a lower rate and needed some help to guide us through the process. We were introduced to Stonebridge Home Mortgage where Jason took the time to work with us and explain the process to my wife and me. He never made us feel rushed or that I was bothering him. There were times I would email or text him late at night (11pm ) mainly because my schedule is crazy and even then he would still get back to me. That was the kind of customer service I never would expect to see from a large company or a bank. We definitively never received this kind of service from the original lender.
