Great Experience would highly recommend! Everyone at Radian was not only professional but extremely helpful and flexible. The transaction was completed on time without any issues. The closing agent was friendly and knowledgeable. And they were $1000 cheaper than any of the other title agencies I contacted!

I used Radian title as my title company on my home purchase. Full disclosure I am an employee at Radian title. My closing process went smooth and I was kept well informed along the way. The new title genius Radian uses made viewing and electronically signing some of the documents easy and convenient. Even if I were not employed with the company I would use Radian title again and recommend the company to my friends and family.

Our Company has been doing business with Radian for several years now, and the service our clients has received has been first rate . I have yet to have a single client indicate that they were not satisfied with the title services they received, and of course they all enjoyed saving significantly on the cost of their title work.

I recently had a closing with Radian Title. The people at Radian were responsive and professional. There was a delay in closing, but at no fault of Radian. Radian was able to accommodate the closing as soon as we were able.

Do I have to give even a single star?? This was the most utterly incomprehensibly terrible real estate closing experience of my life. I have bought and sold property numerous times and never have I ever had an experience with a closing company that left me worried that something wasn't done right until Radian was selected as the closing company. Four months later we are discovering numerous bills that were "paid in closing costs" that were not, in fact, paid at all. What a disaster. I never leave google reviews but I need you to be aware. This company should be avoided at all costs! I'd rather do a closing on my own than use them again.

Full Disclosure - I am an employee of Radian (but in a different division than Radian Settlement Services). I recently used Radian Settlement Services for Title and Closing services and the process was easy and efficient. My closing officer, Lori, was amazing and very responsive every step of the way. She took care of everything including working directly with my Realtor. The entire process was seamless and the rate for Title was much lower than what was originally quoted by my Realtor.

Radian completely dropped the ball when it came to the wire instructions for my loan closing. Everything requested to initiate the wire transfer was provided during closing. I had to jump through hoops to speak with someone and they pawned me off to the closing attorney after sitting on hold for 45 minutes just to be hung up on. If you're refinancing, request that your lender uses another title company.

My last transaction was handle with professionalism and diligence. Even though the transaction faced a couple of hiccups, Sharon Self was 100% supportive and was able to manage it successfully. I will highly recommend them.

we have used Radian for several months and wish we knew about this company a lot longer. I was worried in the beginning, because they talked a good game and that worried me about transferring our business. They actually exceeded any and all of my expectations and dealt with any of our concerns that did come up with the course of our journey.

Absolutely the worst! We had a great experience with Planet Home Lending until closing. Radian is extremely incompetent. The closing agent arrived 4hrs late and her phone kept going off. We closed on 21 February and as of 8 March we are still awaiting distribution of funds! Jessica contacted us four days ago to “make things right” and “Promise to call tomorrow” still no word from her and proper payout has yet to be made. I have closed on 12 homes because of relocations due to military service and hands down this is the worst closing experience by far. I have no idea why my mortgage company chose them- Radian Settlement really made my great experience with Dan and his team a disaster and because of the closing experience I wouldn’t recommend their company - which is sad but as the saying goes - You can get one thousand atta boys but one oh S#%t ruins everything and Radian Settlement Services ruined my experience with Planet Home Mortgage...
