We were a bit nervous about a sales transaction with a company in another state. Thankfully, we were pleasantly surprised at how well the process went. Communication was great and timely. Following is a brief note regarding my interaction with Stephanie Neffendorf of BCHH. I contacted Stephanie because the communication with my loan officer during my recent refinance was either very poor or nothing at all. I took it upon myself to make some calls and do some research in regard to the closing of our loan. I was connected with Stephanie in hopes that she could provide information on the closing status and when our funds would be wired to us. Apparently there was a third-party title company involved so Stephanie contacted them for more information. She continued to keep me informed even after her shift had ended. She held up to her promises and was very friendly, compassionate and understanding. I am very grateful for her assistance and believe she should be commended on her excellent customer service.

I just want to personally thank Tasha for being such an amazing agent in your office. She has been such a pleasure to work with. Together we were able to resolve a major issue. She is an asset to your company and without a doubt I would love to work with her again!

I have never left a bad review before, but I have to share our experiences with this title company. My husband is a closer and works in mortgage. It is pretty standard that title companies can wire to each other. This company refused to wire to the sellers title company for "liability" reasons. The sellers title people were baffled. They had never seen a company do this. We absolutely must be moved in to our house in 3 days or we will be charged rent of 100 per day. We can now not receive our keys for 3 days because the wire will not hit the sellers account until then because this company REFUSED to accommodate what most title companies do. They also did not tell us about this policy or we would have allotted more time in our contract to move out. It has been unreal and we just left our signing crushed.

I was a little skeptical when they made an offer on my listing. I heard other agents complaining about the process and delay in funds, etc. I am thankful to have had a smooth closing. Kelley Wood with BCHH Inc was amazing and beyond helpful to my seller and myself.
