Refinanced my home here on top of having worked for the branch manager, Vicki. The lenders in this office work 24/7 and give clients their cell phone numbers. What banks do that? Can you text your bank on a Sunday? Truly an exceptional mortgage lending branch, not only for a home loan but to also work for. They don't have to outsource loans either to be originated, they truly have the experience and education to help you through the entire mortgage process from start to closing. oh, and they are fast :-)

I do not recommend this company at all. They ran us around for a month and told us basically we was gonna get the loan to deny us right before closing. They was supposed to reimburse us for the appraisal and home inspection and ofcourse we haven't heard anything from them once we requested for that money back. Not very pleased at all.

We spoke with Vicki Monday morning about a mortgage. She had to go as she had a meeting, got back to us at the close of business promising we were first Tue. morning. Texted her a question before she opened Tue. got no reply. Left her voice mail Tue. No reply. It's now Wednesday and still nothing from her. Do not go here unless you want to be ignored.

Very through with the process. Made it a breeze to purchase my home.

Do not use this company. They agreed to take my ex-husband off the loan because I got the house in the divorce. They told him they would and they told me they would. He got tired of waiting and filed bankruptcy on it because he didnt want to be reliable. I am the one making payments not him. They still havent taken him off, so all of the mail forwards to him for my house he doesn't have any rights to he signed a quit claim deed, I got house in divorce. They disabled my online account because since he filed bankruptcy my house is in bankruptcy mode?? They assured me as long as I still make payments it doesn't matter. I'm fed up I cant make call by phone they are closed by the time I'm off work and I cant ever reach them on weekends, I cant pay it online because they disabled my account. I would just like an update I've been paying the bill 4 years since he filed bankruptcy all I have been assured they are taking his name off, I have been told they will send me mortgage coupons, but since any mail that has his name on it is forwarded to him I dont see any of it. When I have talked to someone the 10 or 15 times I've been able to reach them they bounce me around to different departments but no one ever helps, and they "accidentally" drop the call. I have been polite and said yes ma'am no sir and been assured they will remove his name since I'm the primary loan holder and he filed bankruptcy, I've been assured they have taken the block off my online account and phone account so I can make payments by phone or online since they are closed when I call and they make me talk to someone to make a payment. I am sick of it.

After buying and selling 10 homes we have never seen such terrible. And unprofessional service. This branch needs training on how to do there job . please do not use them our experience was terrible.

Heather is AWESOME! I am so glad I had her by my side! I could not have picked a better person to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Heather and SMC to anyone looking to buy a new home.
