TERRIBLE bank to deal with. They will return auto payments when there is PLENTY of money in the account and charge a 29$ nsf fee. Sometimes it shows it as paid, then days later it's like it never came out!. The debit card will get declined constantly, then it takes an hour plus to get someone from the fraud department on the phone. They seem to never be able to explain what is going on and blame system errors. Either way I'm closing my accounts here. Been a problem the entire two years Iv had them.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. We just moved to the area from out of state in August 2019. We have had nothing but problems with this bank. Our debit cards are declining when there is ample funds in the account. When I called I was told there is a spending allowance on the debit cards! After paying all our bills online and making a few other online purchases our cards were declined in a local store. I had to drive to the bank and take out cash but not before being completely embarrassed at the store. As soon as all my transactions clear I will be switching to a new bank! If you want a bank to tell you how much of your money you can spend in a day, this is the bank for you.

This bank will literally close your account without telling u and then keep yr own money from you I called and called this bank back bc my stimulus was sent there and they told me my account was closed bc I wasn't using it I was buying thinggggsss off of that card how does that make any sense don't go with this bank my exs family set me up with them saying they are great little did ik I was being set up by both parties oh and if you have a paper check it will literally take them days to approve it even through their so called apps please no one trust this bank especially high schoolers and college kids !

Awesome people to work with. Helped us on a auto refinance even after a car lot ran our credit numerous times lowering our credit score tremendously. I Would recommend them to anyone

This is by far the worse bank ever! Booking family vacations is impossible because of the ridiculous 2k per day spending limit. Pulling funds and closing account! Taking my business elsewhere!! What a joke!

I am glad I am not a member of this banking institution. I proceeded to have a check cashed at this location due to the customer banking here. I was asked to come inside during COVID (they were going to refuse me service if I did not). I arrived inside and they were already calling the customer to verify the check was actually written and not stolen/forged?? It has my name and they have my drivers license already. They also charged me a $5 fee to cash THEIR OWN CHECK! Terrible place to bank if you want to actually withdrawal money it seems. It’s like pulling teeth.

My debit card was constantly being denied when I KNEW there were sufficient funds in my account. This happened three different times within a few months. No apologies given either. This bank is terrible!

I love all the employees at the BG KY location. Each one of them is unique and very friendly!

Service is great but the location its in is hastle to get into
