Terrible service. I called and talked to a sales rep, Jordan Smith who subsequently lied to me while making a deal to buy a specific truck. The call took place on Wednesday and we came to the agreement, since I would be driving 9+ hours to buy the truck, that he would drive it to Lee Myles Auto shop 3 miles from Kentucky Auto Sales and Finance, Friday at 1pm to be inspected. He had no issues driving it to the shop and I told him once the mechanic ok’ed the inspection I would drive down that Saturday to buy the vehicle. The next day, Thursday, Jordan messages me asking if I was still coming Saturday and I told him after he takes it to Lee Myles for inspection I would know, just as we discussed the previous day. He messages back saying he is unwilling to take it to the mechanic because, and I quote: “…But we don’t let go to mechanic cause they will write up whatever they can since that’s how they make money.” I called and asked where the miscommunication came in, and why 1 day prior he told me he would gladly drive it over to the mechanic to be inspected. He never did give me a straight answer and kept saying I could have someone come out to the dealer and look at it as is without the mechanics full shop. If Jordan is willing to lie about a simple inspection prior to driving 9 hours to buy the vehicle, I have to wonder what else he is willing to lie about. Needless to say I did not and will not do business with Jordan or Kentucky Auto Sales

This "Kentucky Auto Sales" is NOTHING, but a CROOKED BUSINESS!!!!! I highly recommend Avoiding buying a vehicle from there!!!! I know! I bought a vehicle from there, paid cash money---i asked the CROOKED woman, "Is there anything that I should know about the vehicle?", " Is there anything wrong with the vehicle?" She replied, "No" .....WRONG!!!! SO WRONG!!!! The vehicle ended up needing a tire sensor...And how do you sale someone a vehicle knowing the windshield wipers do Not work Nor the Heat!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THESE CROOKS ONE STAR, BUT I HAD TO, IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW.

One of the worst places. My girlfriend bought a car from here and had it about a month. The tires wore out quickly in the front. Took it to the shop only to find out that the frame was broke through and rusted and there's nothing to fix it. They do not give refunds and my girlfriend is in college and cant work and out of a car because of it. they said THEY DO NOT INSPECT ANY OF THE CARS THEY JUST SELL THEM and told us it was a nice car with nothing wrong.

I drove over an hour to see a vehicle they listed as "good, well maintained inside and out" only to see a vehicle with a smashed in driver's door and chunks missing from the foam on the dash. Their description of the vehicle was waaaaaay off! Most of their vehicles need more body repair than the vehicle is worth!

I do not even want to give this car lot one star. It's completely shady and a scam. They do not honor warranty services and the customer service is all trash. Suzy the receptionist has a big attitude and knows nothing about cars, or anything for that matter. The manager Jordan takes no pride or dignity in his work and is just looking to prey on hard working citizens. I would not RECCOMEND this used dealership to anyone unless you plan on wasting your time and most important ,your money. My check engine light came on on our test drive, the manager lied and said it was something small until a month later the engine blew, while, i was still in my warranty but all the associates wanted to play was phone tag and not do their jobs. Please everyone stay away from this scammng car lot. They are selfish , lazy, rude, liars, and over all trash.

Scammers taking people's money! Looking at a class action law suit if anyone's interested. My Fiance bought a car with almost $2000. Sent it back for an oil change they took it.hadnt been a month! Then said if she paid the rest of what was owed that month( was a week before the end of the month) they would consider giving it back! They will steal your money and expect you to pay full price after taking it. They will the. Resell the same car so they make double money on it. Has been reported to Ky Attorney Generals office. .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Crooked thieves. They rob you, DO NOT give them any money or account information!

Wow what a junkyard every vehicle has some kind of damage. I can't believe a car lot would sell vehicle's in such bad condition. They might be the nicest people in the world don't know but the vehicles they had when I was there look awful.

The woman who sold me my car was great. I really liked her . Very friendly and I love my new car!

First off I really hope that the owner sees this message. The women who works in the office is very unprofessional and very rude!!!! Second how am I responsible for getting a broke down lemon towed to y'all when it's a repo? I have never in my life delt with such unprofessional people. I'm a single mother of 3 an work 3 jobs. I struggle so if I can't afford to fix a car thats in my name why would anyone think I could pay to get it towed? I'm so mad I'm shaking mostly because of the lady who has been calling me back to back while I'm with my client and not even having enough respect to just call once and leave a message to return the call when I'm done working. And when I do answer the phone she threatens me with the police when I clearly have her the location of the vehicle also told her I can't afford to get it towed so y'all would need to come get it. and I have it recorded for proof. I can not believe y'all run a business like this. And as soon as I find out how to leave a review it will not be pretty. People need to know what they are getting themselves into or y'all might just need new help....then when I try to call back to talk to someone else no-one answers the phone. After she said she was going to get the police involved because I can't afford to tow a car back to the dealership I tried to call and get the ball rolling because I honestly think that's ridiculous and I have no problem talking to the police about this. So do what y'all need to do.! You all have my number I do ask that someone else contact me someone who has some since and someone who is a little bit less ignorant and has better manners. Very poor customer service. I really hope you are not all like her. Thank you!

Ky auto sales and finance is the best place to buy a vehicle. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Not only that, but the owner does so much to help the community and reach out to his customers. All of the contests make it so fun and makes me check out his page everyday for the newest car deals. I would highly recommend ky auto sales for all your car needs.

This is just on the driver side of the underneath of car I was sold and I told him the very next day after purchasing it and he told me that Firestone is being whiny little babies and complaining about it but yet this is how it looks there's also other stuff that was Jimmy rigged to actually get it to run so he could sell it that was never done correct way I would never recommend it to anybody

Poor communication, Wasn't very helpful. Got smart with me at the end about a car I had interest in, so I went somewhere else and got something better.

Friendly people and will work with you. Go see them for a used vehicle that doesn't have a ridiculous mark up!

I have not missed a payment since I got my car and I just had a baby 2 weeks ago. My work did not pay me for a week so I didn’t have the payment for the car. They told me I can drop my car off until they get the payment or they’ll repo it. Keep in mind that I haven’t missed a payment. They would not work with me but I’ve heard them work with other people. So I do not recommend this car lot to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CAR LOT!!! Step daughter purchased from here gave them payment info yesterday and they repoed car today. She has made every payment on this car since purchased.Now we are hiring a lawyer and contacting the State of KY Automotive Commission and filing a unethical business complaint. BUYERS BEWARE THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE CAR LOT!!!!

This place is a big joke no one knows what is going on with your vechile when they have it doing repairs. Didn’t even have my car 2 weeks and it broke down. They have had it over a week and I have called three days to find out what is going on and no one will give me answers they keep putting me in hold. I will be taking them to court.

10/10 would NOT recommend this place to get a car. They are so rude and disrespectful. They repoed my car while I was getting my sons hair cut for not having insurance and i had no ride home. I paid the car all the way up til the next month it was due and they did not give back the money. They talked smart and hateful. They need to be reported to the better business bureau. They held our car for 2 days and we had groceries that were ruined and my sons tablet and my purse with all my money if I wouldn't have contacted the police they would not have let us get our stuff. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. The lady with the blonde hair and the guy named Jordan need to be fired they are so unprofessional. Also, they won't tell you the managers name or number all they say is he is from Tennessee but I think they are the real owners. I would honestly give them 0 stars if it were an option.

One of the worst experiences purchasing a vehicle since I paid 5k in cash and they allowed me to drive off the lot in a vehicle with NO WORKING HEADLIGHTS. I was told to come back and it would be fixed only to have the blonde lady try to throw me out of the building after i drove an hour there. I feel like i was treated like less than a human being by this company . Also i was inaccurately told there would be a warranty by the blonde lady the first day and she obviously did not even seem to know her job well enough to explain anything correctly to a cash customer since I was also told 2 different things regarding the title, and tags. I had to pay $500 more than originally told for these because she didn't know how to do her job nor policies involved. I would never go back and suggest that no one spend their money at this place either . TWO THUMBS DOWN!!

I haven't personally purchased a car yet but this is going to be where I purchase my next car! They have made so many folks dreams come true by giving them the opportunity to purchase a vehicle with low down payments and they make it affordable for you when it comes to making payments. The folks at Kentucky Auto Sales are all wonderful people and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a car not even for 1 hour every light on the car popped on the engine light oil light the gaslight the tire monitor system I took it to auto zone and it had 24 engine codes the next day the car broke down I took it to my friend who’s a mechanic he told me I should take it back it had to belt blown on both front tires that’s how I was allowed to drive off the lot not to mention if I had been on the highway there was no spare I took it to Walmart to get that fixed and the told me that the wheel bearings were almost gone and that the c joint on the front axle was almost completely gone and that at any moment the front wheels could buckle the next day it broke down again this time in the zaxbys drive thru I take it to a mechanic to see what’s wrong with it they had it less the 10 minutes before they told the engine transmission the whole car would need to be rewired I didn’t even have this car 4 days keep this in mind it had a “warranty” if Suzan was actually in the office to set up a appointment I tried calling 3 times to set up a appointment the third time I’m just are y’all actually going to try to fix this car you knew that car was like that before I drove it off the lot y’all just reset the codes that was on my lunch break I walk to look for my car on my last break and it was gone they towed it and charged my card 275 I didn’t authorize they didn’t call and ask if they could charge my card I have a lawyer and I’m meeting with them to see what I can to sue today needless to say do not buy from here they just want your money and it is a terrible place

They don't keep their word on anything...there is no communication at all...Have a car from there and its about to fall apart they claim they fixed when they kept in a week and then want to charge for it that's not right and not what we were told when we got the car...and they was suppose to put a new tire on it and it splits in a week a new tire doesn't do that..and they harrasss over payment and I have never been late on my payment til now..I'm not satisfied at all especially at what they asking for the car its way too much with all the problems it has and more keep coming..I think they should give us another vehicle..what's so funny you can never talk to the owner they never let you talk to the owner..who knows maybe the owner is Susan??? Makes you wonder..maybe if they treat their customers better,keep their word and work with the customer they would get more bussines and better reviews..so I'm just saying from experience be aware of them...
