I cannot rave about this office enough! Martha Avila was our escrow officer and was a life saver!! We had a delay because of the seller and Martha was able to work her magic and get us closed on time. The people in this office are so polite and always seem to be smiling and in a good mood, making for a very pleasant experience. The customer service is wonderful and Martha explains everything until you understand and so that there are no surprises, unlike a different office we have used in the past. They are both so helpful and their customer service is top notch. We’ve closed an escrow during this pandemic and this office made it a breeze. Wonderful staff and great communication!

Two parcels were sold; they transferred one. It is 9 months since they were first told of the error, and still not corrected. They do not follow up. They do not respond quickly - except with out-of-office notices. I am glad I was the seller and not the buyer. They are refusing to pay for notary costs - I had to find the notary and set it up, they did nothing - until I send the signed copy of the "correctory deed". I would like the refund for notary costs first, as I don't trust their "business" approach to reimburse me once they get what they want, given their track record and slipshod approach to this entire transaction. I find it hard to believe any real estate professional would recommend using them.
