I was waiting on a refund and have not received anything but a rude secretary answering the phone who said she was busy and I should call someone else. The First Lady I spoke with said she would send out the check but didn’t all I received was a letter of cancellation. She stated that the check was on the way but it’s been 2 weeks now. No one seems to know what’s going on with my refund. Avoid going through this company.

Disappointed. On two occasions I called and left messages but calls were never returned. Guess I Am not important enough for them to bother. Sorry I selected them to handle my escrow.

Receive a letter saying I would not get my money if I did not cash my check. So I called, turns out I had t pick it up. So I said I could pick it up the next day, lady tells me oh its expired but we can mail it to you. I said that's fine. A month later I call to ask about my check since i live 25 min away, they said we see what your talking about but we don't who you spoke with and we can't do anything. I now have to call the main office in FL and it's right before Thanksgiving and after working hours in East coast so I have wait for the the 27th. It's now Jan and still have not received it. This place a garbage company ad should not do business. This is after they delayed dropping off the papers to my county so it pushed my move in date and had to change that info with my homeowner's insurance and since it was on a Friday, I had to wait until Monday for them to process my information.
