Recently sold a lot in Sedona by owner and used Stewart Title to handle the transaction. Tabitha was not only knowledgeable, she was a delight to deal with. Our sale was done from 1,700 miles away and it was executed seamlessly. Highly recommend Stewart!

The personal touch, responsiveness and most of all their proactiveness when we as sellers/buyers are stressed to the max at the 11th hour, Chelsea and Raquel were our saviors. They took care of all the details that gave us a peace of mind that we so desperately needed. We had not met them as we lived in the valley but when I had stopped by the office to pick up our paperwork and these ladies were every bit as genuinely caring, compassionate and professional as I had expected. We'd highly recommend them.

The team at Stewart Title has been great to work with on several transactions. We recently went through a refinance closing and they arranged for everything to happen easily and at our convenience.

I regret to say my experience was a disappointment. To start with there was an inadequate search of records which led to the conclusion that my wife was still alive. Then documents were not submitted in a timely fashion. If my broker had not intervened I would not have received the senior discount to which I was entitled. My wiring instructions were lost or shredded. When I finally received the final closing documents the first page of the settlement statement was missing and then provided by my broker when my request to the escrow officer went unanswered. I strongly suggest you avoid this company.

Stewart is the best title company Sedona has to offer. All of the ladies who work in this office are so on top of it and I've never had so much as a hiccup working with them. Not only that, but they're always friendly and extremely helpful too. I can't recommend them enough!
