Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) AZ, Sedona

While the staff is friendly for in person visits, it doesn't answer phone calls when you need to schedule more than typical teller service. Customers are routed online to schedule appointments. When you go online, the BoA scheduling site says that appointments cannot be scheduled on online at this branch...

I just got off the phone with a rep from this bank and had told her that I was charged 4 ATM fees when making a withdrawal from this location and she started to say that there was nothing to do about it but quickly realized that I'm not just going to throw away $9 for 3 extra fees that I shouldn't have been charged to begin with. I told her that If I get charged a $36 overdraft fee from my bank that we would have bigger issues. She then put me on hold for 5 minutes and when she came back she said "you'll have to call your bank" and then hung up on me. We are newly local to Sedona and I can't believe I ever considered getting an account there. Terrible and rude people. Can't even call it customer service.

I can see why this is the lowest rated bank in Sedona. I went there with a Bank of America check, and they tried to charge me money to cash a check. I walked out.

Never open even if it says they are open. They seem to be acting shady these days . Im starting to not trust them.

Small town feel, friendly and helpful. Never had a single issue in three years. Nice people, professional and polite. This branch also has a good set of safe deposit boxes.
