Stephanie and her Team were truly amazing in getting our new mortgage. The electronic system Benchmark uses to start and complete the loan process was very user Friendly. And if you had any questions or concerns Stephanie and her Team were very responsive. Benchmark will get you the lowest mortgage rate period.

Usually the home loan process is a complete pain, I'll admit this was my first refinance, but Stephanie and her team were the easiest people I've ever worked with in this industry. Their online portal to send documents is essential and super quick. We could have closed in exactly 30 days from applying if it weren't for my husband's schedule because Benchmark had everything ready! When we buy our next home I'll call Stephanie.

Stephanie is amazing and completely knows the ins and outs of mortgage lending. I closed Jan 28th 2020 and this was the second closing with Stephanie I have completed. She is friendly and seemingly can grab any number you wish to discuss off the top of her head! It is so easy dealing with Benchmark. Hopefully this is the last time for me but I would highly recommend her if you are seeking a mortgage lender.

Stephanie and her team are amazing. I have used Benchmark twice now, once to purchase a home and again to refinance a home. I worked directly with Steve on the refinance a couple months back and he was great. He remained in constant communication with me throughout the entire process, explaining the steps we needed to take and answering my million and one questions-all with a great sense of humor.
