If I could give Chris 6 stars I would. A friend connected me to Chris when I mentioned I was thinking about refinancing my home loan. A few lenders were trying to get my business, and I started the process with my previous lender thinking it would be easier. Chris took the time to explain that she could save me more money, then patiently guided me through the process. She gets the extra stars because my previous lender didn't make leaving them an easy task. They made us jump through all kinds of hoops, but Chris provided the highest level service to help us out. I can't say enough good things about my experience with her!!!!
