What a dream team Steph Noble and her team are. I wish they could handle all of our life needs. Who ever thought getting a mortgage would be fun?! Steph and her team managed to make this whole process exciting and extremely easy. From start to finish the whole team was excellent about communication. They found the best deal for our situation and walked us through every step. We were able to close early on our home due to them being so on top of documentation. Saying that we were using Steph Noble as our lender was a huge talking point in getting our offer accepted. Heidi on the preapproval team turned around an approval letter very quickly, and made several updates with an almost instant turnaround as we navigated the homebuying process.
