Steel Valley Federal Credit Union Pearl Rd, Cleveland

I've been there for a while and it has definitely gone down. There's one customer service agent that's always pleasant and welcoming. If you don't get her its pretty much terrible.

I want to give recognition to Dorothy Clay @ Steel Valley F.C.U. She accommodated me very well and professional with an issue i had. She was able to resolve my situation very professionally and made this convenient and easy for me. She did this in a timely manner as well. She is good at what she does and went great lenghts to assist me. She is a great asset to this company. Thank you for resolving this issue for me!

I wouldnt even give this 1 star please do not go to this bank they dont care about you, all they care about is money. They will take double payments, and leave your bank account dry if you owe them or are behind. They will not work with you at all, you can never get in touch with no one, and they never call you back at all, but they sure will take your money please do not waste your time. And not to mention they had 4 buildings and they closed 3 out of 4, so what does that tell you

They never answer the phone. I bought a car and the dealership financed the loan with them. They don't let me make payments online either. NEVER AGAIN!

worst loan place ever. I never receive statements, notifications or invoices. They lost my papercheck my bank directly mailed to them. I showed them proof of payment they still want to charge me late fees for something that was out of my control they lost the check that was sent 10 days before my payment was due let alone I have to pay the interest but the late fee is ridiculous I gave them proof directly from my bank. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Why is it so hard to send statements I don’t even think they have been applying my extra money to the principal but I can’t find out either because they are clueless

horrible customer service i’ve called 13 times today trying to make a payment. I’ve also witnessed the pearl location employees ignoring phone calls while i was there.

My Grandmother was a customer for over 20+ years, I don't know from personal experience, but I have nothing bad to say, my Grandma was a happy customer

Good service, just don't get behind the wrong customer, and you'll be happy.
