Huntington Bank Ridge Rd, Brooklyn

1st of the month. 2 tellers on. Line out the door. This is the worst experience for a business trying to do business and just run to the bank.

Small location but the staff makes up for it completely they are extremely nice and polite and always make it a fast service. :)

Friendly workers. Lots of things going on right now with covid that are beyond their control. Mint isnt giving change to anyone. They put up with many unreasonable people that expect them to break laws or lose their job so someone can cash a check not written in their name or get money that isnt theirs. Every time I'm their I see some swell people from the neighborhood trying something shady.

They always question my PayPal transfers as if it's any of their business. They also make you wait to hand you your withdrawal amount. They usually have attitudes and not very professional.

The womens that work at my branch are awesome very knowledgeable and helpful and my customer service people are just as awesome thank you for being my bank

This branch is ridiculously slow since there is almost always only one teller while the line is out the door.

The lobby is ALWAYS crowded... to the point that the line is out the door. It was bad before Covid, but now it’s so much worse. With social distancing, people cannot fit into the tiny lobby area & have to wait outside in the cold. I only need to go inside the bank once in a great while to take out larger amounts of cash for my rent, but I loathe the times I need to go inside.They need to rebuild & make that lobby about 3 times the size it is now. That is the only Huntington bank in the Old Brooklyn area, the next closest one is I don’t even know where. I will say that the tellers are all very kind, helpful, efficient & nice. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them

I have been banking with Huntington bank for about 17 years. I went to the branch near my house in brooklyn,ohio which I have 3 business accounts that I have opened in that branch. Trying to notarize a paper. It was 9:20am on FEBRUARY 20th. The branch was empty I was the only customer in there. 4 tellers behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. When I told them I have a paper I need to notarize. The branch manager said ooooh our notary girl is not here today. And 3 of the girls behind the counter including the branch manager are notary and they have notarized papers for me in the past. Is that called laziness or unprofessional. I need to know the answer

Atm is always broken, can't withdrawl or deposit. A few (not all) tellers are rude. The moblie banking website is awful

Extremely slow 🐌. Cannot rely on service at this location... Considering switching the bank due to constant inconvenience... Persistent problems in multiple locations. Took over an hour for deposit.
