I wish it could be zero stars. The Key Bank ATM that shares the parking lots with them is so much not their problem they can't even put a sign on it. The touchscreen doesn't work, so you can't select anything after putting in your pin number. So, then it eats your card and you have to wait 2-4 weeks for a new one. Great, I guess my phone will be shut off and I'll be losing the phone interview next week. Here's the kicker. Despite sharing a parking lot with the ATM, they can't even notify anyone it is out of order. What a worthless company. Closing my account this week and moving on.

Only giving that ONE star cause this is the closest bank to me. So now you have to make an appointment instead of just walking in. Covid perhaps? But other banks arent doing that so what makes Keybank different? Hmm.

Worst bank ever ,very irresponsible opened a new account ,to find out my money was blocked ,never got a phone call to informe me about it went to withdraw that’s when I find out I can’t access my money and that they couldn’t do anything about it even tho I opened my account in person and took everything I needed for it , came to learn the person that opened my account did not summit the copy of my ID so they blocked me from my money so unacceptable I’m still waiting to resolve the issue and still can’t access my money so I’m basically broke with money in a account I can’t access save a big headache going here totally incompetent ppl don’t care if u have an emergency and need to access ur account they will just take ur money and hold it for what ever reason the teller did en error will be closing my account as soon as I get access to it take you money else we’re not worth the headache ! The worst bank I have ever had in my life!!! Put in a fraud report and they took over 500 bucks of my money I would never go back to this bank ever again!!!!

I went to this location to withdraw money and this guy named Angel M, was harassing me making rude comments about me to the manager she was basically allowing it while looking at me knowing I already reported him to her (by the way she's the manager) about his behavior I was there.He literally walk so close to my butt mind you it was plenty of space to move around. Then he purposely waited by the door as if he was gonna lock it knowing its other people there 🙄 coming in and out.

I recently moved back into the neighborhood I had some issues with one of my accounts I went to this branch met the private Banker Angel, this gentleman went above and beyond to help me with my issues he was the most approachable and knowledgeable Banker I have ever met and I have been with key for a decade now. I guarantee you if you have any issues or need any assistance if you ask for Angel he will bend over backwards to make sure that you are a valued customer they're at that branch. He impressed me so much that I hand wrote a letter and sent it into corporate today letting them know how good of a job he was doing. Keep an eye on this gentlemen in a few years he's going to be running this Bank in the decade who knows.... El Presidente comes into mind i would think!

Only 1 star for phone etiquette, 5 in person. Staff are great in person when you go into bank but, rude on phone. Called to ask a question about my account I just opened and was responded with an answer where I felt talked down to as if I should have known the answer myself? New Client, Georgette Curbelo
