I have never had issues with the branch itself but their Investment service is non-existing. 1, I went in to get help with my IRA account and a lady told me someone will call me in 2business days. No one called me. 2, Emailed to customer service, and someone called me. After I called him back and left a message, never heard back. 3, called Customer Service and they told me someone will call me but no one did. At this point, I'll just transfer my IRA account to somewhere I can get a decent customer support. I would give 5 to the banking here. Never had issues.

I just joined STCU about a month ago and today was the first time I was using the drive through to deposit money. I arrived in line at 5:27 pm and i was behind one car, I assumed they closed at 6 but i was mistaken. The lady in front of me in line finished at exactly 5:30 and as she was driving off the worker shut all the blinds and did not help me. They did not say anything just acted as if i wasn't there. I will not be returning to this branch.

Was shorted $50 on my withdrawal through the drive through. The manager looked at the tapes and said that the amount I was given was correct. When she read me the amount of each denomination, even that was short. I will be banking elsewhere.

Money is in limbo and refused to fix it! They hold your money til the next business day. And not open on Saturdays to be able to access your money Very rude customer service

Update - apparently whomever I was dealing with was not informed appropriately. It was escalated and resolved. Updated from 1 to 3 stars - bad experience, but they at least stepped up and fixed it. Opened a credit card, they added a monthly payment protection we did not want or need. They said it would cost nothing if we didn't use it or need it, but in actuality it is a monthly charge. Notified them after the first statement, before any first payment was ever due, and they refused to refund the charge. Never needed the service or used it, obviously.

“Tawnie D” is the rudest human I’ve ever encountered. She should probably be fired. Was not pleased with customer service and I was attempting to start a new account. I was given a debit card with no explanation about online banking or even my member number or card. Since leaving the branch I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to get my member number. Tawnie D couldn’t get me out of her way fast enough and I will be removing my money and going else where tomorrow.

Hey everybody I recently became an STCU member, and had a very pleasant experience at the Coeur d' alene crossroads branch. The team there were very friendly, and informative. Many great savings options with a little higher interest rates on savings accounts than my former financial institutes. I Would highly recommend STCU to any body looking to form a relationship with folks who care about their customers.. also if you are looking to establish credit i.e to purchase home/vehicle, than these guys can help you with that too! What kind of bank opens at 9am, closes at 5 on Friday and isn't open at all on Saturday? Oh yeah...corporate banks like Wells Fargo, Chase, 1st Bank, etc....might as well bank there. Ohhhh yeah...2.9 rating says it all. WORST CREDIT UNION IVE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH. OH AND DALTON GARDENS NOT ANY BETTER!

The employees are all very kind, they messed up on some of my paperwork (twice) and they called me to make sure I could get it fixed, even offered to come down to my work once.
